Il Wyndham Margaritaville Resort è un bellissimo resort in multiproprietà proprio sulla Smith Bay. C'è una splendida vista sulla baia dalla piscina, il 5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar, il ristorante e la piscina superiore. Si trova all'estremità orientale, vicino a Red Hook, dove si trova il traghetto per St John's. Ci sono numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze, tra cui uno sulla proprietà e un altro a pochi passi. Il resort offre spettacoli dal vivo in alcune serate. E a volte ci sono giochi a bordo piscina. Il personale del resort è meraviglioso se educato e scherzando con loro. Coki Beach, che è mozzafiato e gratuito è solo una breve passeggiata.
Il condominio è uno studio plus. Ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale. Si tratta di circa 503 piedi quadrati. Comprende un bagno completo, un angolo cottura con frigorifero, caffettiera, macchina della margarita, forno a microonde, stoviglie e posate. C'è anche una cassaforte, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli e grande TV a schermo piatto.
C'è anche una palestra e un servizio lavanderia in loco.
A partire dal 1 maggio 2017, gli Stati Uniti Il governo delle Isole Vergini ha imposto una tassa di $ 25 per unità per notte da pagare al check-in. Questo non è incluso nell'importo del noleggio.

We all enjoyed this property very much. The golf cart attendants made it very easy to get around the resort. The upper heated pool was a great way to end the day. Happy hour 4-6 everyday! The room was perfect for us and the fridge, dishwasher and sink came in handy. Checkin was hassle free, maybe skip the concierge desk unless you want to sit through a sales pitch and are interested in buying into the properties. I would recommend renting a car, we used Country Car Rental and had a great experience. Pick up and drop off at the airport made it very convenient. The car ferry over to St Thomas was easy and the beaches were amazing. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I would've given this property a 5 out of 5 if it wasn't for the awful smell of the sargossum at the beach. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, the property is nice with its well maintained landscape, there is a free shuttle to your rooms (you will need it especially if your room is uphill), the daily programs they have planned for you, and the convenient locations of the bars on both pools. We stayed in a studio with a small kitchen. It would've been nice to have a bigger kitchen for us to cook in and save a bit there, but I was aware that it wasn't the case before hand. But we love having an ice machine and washer and dryer to our convenience. Believe me, you will use the washer and dryer often especially if you have a family who uses their bathing suits every day ... and they give you a few packets of detergent! We also love having the day trip excursions right at the property. It saved us on 1 day of not having to pay for a taxi cab. If you didn't know, the taxi cabs are paid PER PERSON and ranges from $6-20 (one-way) depending on where you plan to go. The Margaritaville is perfectly located next to some beautiful beaches Coki Beach (walkable but free shuttle is available), Lindquist Beach (you have to pay a fee), and Sapphire Beach. And there are some great local food outside of the property if you want to venture out and try something else. You won't regret your stay here, just don't hang out by the property beach!
