Lots positives
It needs a desperate coat of paint it looks unfortunately scruffy inside, the walls ceiling need painting although as stated very clean
The bathroom lights (spot lights) and above sink light not work
I was not keen on extension cable in bedroom
Welcome pack needs a update pretty much non existent and some basic tea coffee welcome milk be good
Settee dumped out the front of cottage needs moving, no doubt a neighbours rubbish but it looks poor on first appearance

Great location, clean and functional space, responsive host.
A few things did not work or were broken at the accommodation and waiting to be fixed but we were not notified of these beforehand.
