I noted on some of the reviews that talked about needing updated but we found it was exactly as pictured. Furnishings were of good quality. The home was very clean. Well furnished with items needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Looks directly to the golf course. The club house was very friendly even when we were not owners Something going on almost every night. If I had one disappointment it was that there were very few options for dining other than the club house or one bar and restaurant in Diamond Head. It is a quick 10 minute drive to the beach and other dining options Great place for us golfers with 2 courses on the property.

Grass not cut and house needs major upgrade!! Blinds were broken and wouldn't open or shut. Light over kitchen table had broken glass panes. Floor in kitchen and hall in laundry hall was so sticky from old wax that my flip flops were sticking to it and I almost fell. A lot of lamps didn't have bulbs. Very few towels in bathrooms and were very OLD. no towels or dish rags in kitchen. Furniture on back kitchen porch was very old, mildewed and broken plus screens had holes in them. Garbage can was overflowing in front of yard and was days before it was picked up by garbage truck. Grass was very long when we got there and was even longer when we left. No one ever cut it or cut bushes. It is such a shame that this house is in the shape that it is in. The pictures of the house were very deceiving!! The house looked new, in shape and maintained in the pictures but that was very far from being true.

The inside was somewhat ratty. It was obvious clean and tolerable but needed some updating and maintenance. The backporch was not swept very dirty and there was an ashtray full of butts and a rotten screened door. The 3 glass doors did not have locks. Overall we thought it was very pricey for what we got.

Jessica was quick to reply and was able to work with us to work through those requests. I sincerely appreciate her efforts in helping reduce our stress in such a trying time in our lives. We were comfortable and the kids were able to have their own space, unlike what’s typical hotel room would have to offer.

I remained in constant communication with my hostess. We had several asks to accommodate our family as we evacuated from Hurricane Ida. Jessica was quick to reply and was able to work with us to work through those requests. I sincerely appreciate her efforts in helping reduce our stress in such a trying time in our lives. We were comfortable and the kids were able to have their own space, unlike what’s typical hotel room would have to offer.

AC unit wasn’t large enough to keep the house cooled down. Also, one of the bathrooms needs the tub worked on. Tub faucet will not completely turn off.

Looked abandoned
When we first pulled in the house looked like noone has taken care of the home for a while. It also had alot of things going against it. For example there was a light bulb burnt in the shower. Had to go purchase it to be able to shower. The shower in the hall way stays on constantly. NONE OF THE BACK DOORS LOCK AT ALL! And the water from the sink was coming out with small black things floating around in the water. There was trash in the back patio.

Cute golf cottage
This property is a cute, clean cottage on #7 of the Pine course at Diamondhead. Everything is as advertised, although some of the house's fixtures and furnishings are a bit dated. Would stay here again.

The area was nice and quiet.
We liked the neighborhood. Nice and quiet. House was.clean. We brought our own everything so we didn’t have to use theirs but it was there if we needed it. Short drive back to Gulfport and Biloxi. Tried reaching Jessica but she never called back and the water pressure sucked is the only two things I can say bad about this place.
