La proprietà si trova nella bellissima e appartata More Mesa Shores, a ovest di Hope Ranch. Questo tranquillo e sicuro rifugio residenziale privato lungo la costa dista pochi minuti dall'aeroporto di Santa Barbara, dall'UCSB, da ottimi ristoranti e da numerosi punti di interesse. Piste ciclabili verso l'UCSB e la città nelle vicinanze.
Una scala della comunità gated fornisce l'accesso a una spiaggia bella e appartata. La spiaggia si estende per miglia e miglia e si può letteralmente trascorrere giorni camminando sulla spiaggia da questa posizione. The home and property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home and yards! Home is well maintained. We found everything we needed. The walk down to the private beach beautiful tho the walk back up is strenuous! Great workout for the legs and cardio. Gardens around the home are just beautiful. We picked several lemons to bring home with us.

The property was well-stocked with everything we could need from dishes to cleaning supplies, from beach towels to games. The beds are all comfortable. We loved the hot tub (fits 2 people at a time; 3 max) and the views of the mountains. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Just what our family of seven needed for a long weekend together!

We had a wonderful stay at this Santa Barbara beach house. The location was ideal for our trip—close to the beach with picturesque ocean/mountain views, yet perfectly situated between a family wedding in Solvang and day trips to Ventura and Ojai. The central location made it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a relaxing coastal getaway.The home was very family-friendly, with plenty of space to gather and unwind. We especially loved waking up to the beautiful scenery and spending time enjoying the views. Being so close to the beach was a huge bonus, and the property provided a comfortable home base for both sightseeing and family time.Overall, this was an excellent choice for our family vacation, and we would happily stay here again. The combination of beautiful surroundings, beach access, and convenient access to Santa Barbara, Solvang, Ventura, and Ojai made for a memorable stay.

The property is clean and well laid out. The only concern you should be aware of is that jets fly over between 5:45 am and 11:50PM. Not very frequent but enough to wake light sleepers and halt any outdoor conversation. The bedrooms, kitchen and living/entertainment room are very nice. I wish we had had a key to the locked gate to the adjacent More Mesa park - the key to the beach worked fine.
