Street noise but this is risk you run with a city apartment.

They help you a lot and there’s a public parking next by the apartment, you can book it with them as well

Location, Equipment, Clearness

The host was extremely welcoming and kind, he made sure I had everything I needed and checked in with me half way through my stay. I love the Mercado Colon area as it is peaceful, safe and very close to the Rio Park. The apartment was beautiful and spacious (it is bigger than you think from the photos). The wifi worked really well and I had no problems remote working from this apartment.

Excellent location for walking to the old town and Science park (10-15mins each) whist being only a few minutes flat walk to Turia park in one direction and Colon metro in the other (with direct access to the airport on lines 3 and 5). The Colon Market converted to cafes and restaurants is on the same street - a few minutes away. Alongside the market there is a large supermarket (Comun). The apartment is spacious, modern, very clean and comfortable and provides all that is necessary for cooking alongwith with a few nice extras, such as a Nespresso cofee machine (pods sold in Comun supermarket). Having two separate toilets was useful, especially with 3 people staying.
