Nice apartment hotel. Very clean, located in a nice part of Osaka and very close to the subway station. We stayed with our two kids and had a good time.

Nothing particular to dislike. The apartment was small but this is normal for Japan cities like Osaka.

It was a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and equipped with all the necessities, i.e. washing machine, vacuum cleaner, floor mop, kitchen tools, fridge, microwave, etc. They also provide a free bicycle rental that can be useful for some.

The bedding can be improved. We stayed in the queen bedroom that were two single mattresses put together. The mattresses weren't so comfortable.

5min walk from ebisucho station exit 4(stairs only) 7min walk from ebisucho station exit 3(with lift) I like that the bathroom have this cloth drying airy system...so comfortable to have a nicely dry clean cloth during travel

다른 일반적인 호텔보다 넓어서 좋았어요 세 명이서 갔습니다 일정이 일정인 만큼 캐리어 사이즈가 작진 않았는데 세 개 다 들여놓아도 부담스러울만큼 좁지 않아서 만족스러웠습니다... 기본적으로 있으면 좋을 기기들이 있어서 좋았어요 냉장고랑 전자레인지, 커피포트, 인덕션 이외에 식기들도 편하게 사용할 수 있었습니다 욕실 화장실도 깨끗해서 대만족입니다! 주변에 치안이 좀 안 좋을 수 있다고 이야기 들어서 조금 걱정 됐는데 생각보다 밤에 관광객이랑 사람들이 많아서 맘 편히 다녔던 것 같습니다! 그리고 최고의 교통!! JR, 라피트, 오사카 메트로 역이 다 주변에 있어서 진짜 짱이었어요 혹시라도 또 간다면 재방문 의사 완전 있음

캐리어 때문인지 바닥에 긁힌 자국이 많더라구요 그래서 바닥에 앉아도 되나 싶긴 했는데 그냥 닦아서 잘 지냈습니다! 엄청 에민하신 분이 아니시라면 충분히... 만족하시지 않을까 싶어요 밖에 기차? 전차도 다녀서 띵띵띵 소리 나긴 하는데 저희는 전혀 신경도 못 쓰고 잤습니다...............

They are liars, I was originally booked with them, paid ahead of time, but had a medical emergency, because on thy day we're scheduled to fly for Osaka, my mother had a stroke, and because, I'm the only one that is capable to take care of her, because she was fighting for her life at that time, I have to cancel our original flight schedule and our accomodation with them. Initially in our communication, after I informed them off my situation, they were sympathetic and open to considerate, and a couple of times informed me to send necessary proof of my claim, which I did several times, and after I sent it, they suddenly changed.... They are liars and scary to deal with...my point is there's always, exception to every rule... I will tell my friends to avoid this accomodation at all cost!

Staff was friendly, sent lot of explanations to find the building even with pictures. As we arrived earlier, our bags could be stored could we get the keys. Appart was super clean, comfortable for 3 of us. The kitchen is well equiped. green tea and coffee are offered. Location is nearby to supermarkets (+ Daisio/Mega Don Quijote) , zoo, Dotonbori are within walking distance. Two metro stations are nearby.

The location of the property is excellent, although we did find it hard to find on arrival and had to jump into a taxi to locate it. It's a stroll away from the Shinsekai area which has some great restaurants and felt very safe. Also close to two nearby railway stations. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could wish for. Although slightly smaller than the pictures, one bedroom with double bed, a living room with single bed and a double Japanese futon (which wasn't comfortable). The manager was excellent and ran the property very well. Clean towels in reception with an array of complimentary goods ie toothbrushes, shavers etc. Would I stay again, yes.

There was a tram in front of the property but we didn't mind the noise. Walls are thin and you can sometimes hear the adjoining rooms.

Everything was perfect! You even get the view of the 🗼!

The apartment was easy to access, clean and well-appointed. Great view from the balcony!

The standard futon on the floor was only reasonably comfortable - a matter of personal taste I suppose, but I slept pretty well!

Metro & JR are within 10 min walk distance. Rooms are compact but with comfortable beds. Helpful and handy kitchen/laundry equipments.

The room space is a little bit small for travelers with large/multi luggage.

Close to 2 Subway station and JR Station. Very convenient location. Laundry in the apartment was very nice and all the things we need like detergent was there as well. Free bicycle rental, free portable wifi rental available was nice as well. Toot

The room is clean and tidy. International socket is provided. The location is good. Just 5 mins walking distance to Donki!

It was a small apartment with one bedroom. Kitchen, washing machine, tv, Japanish style bathroom. You can also dry your clothes in the bathroom, with a drying mode, blowing hot air. Everything was quite new. There was a balcony with sight on the tsukenkaku tower, quite a nice view. Drying your clothes there is also possible. Location not far from metro stations, restaurants and convenience stores are in the neighbourhood. Airco’s did their job in the summer month

Entering the main door and room with a pincode was a bit fiddling the first time. Location is not in the center of the city. There was a tram line near the building, not very loud but you can hear it very softly in the living room once in a while in the morning . There was no staff, we didn’t see any. only during office hour.

Convenient location - the hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area and return to a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.. Outstanding service provided by the incredibly helpful lady at the reception who even let us go at the rooftop to take some pictures.

Rooms are small but not claustrophobic. Thin walls between rooms.

building had a front desk and lots of extra toiletries. Building had a door code to enter the building which made me feel safe. Front desk had a scale for luggage’s and room had a balcony where you can see the Osaka tower. Walking distance from Shinsekai, train stations and family mart.

apartment space is pretty tight, but that’s to be expected since the description mentioned how much square feet it is.

This air bnb was great!! We came from Taipei and stayed in one of the apartments and had a great time! There was a balcony with a view of the shinsekai tower. It has lots of AC and was clean. Best perk was that there were many bikes you could take out for free during the days. We ended up biking every day and had an amazing time! You could also get pocket wifi for free. Would definitely recommend this to others!

Good location, 5 minutes walk to 2 mrt station, 5 minutes walk to Tsutenkaku tower, 2 minutes to Family mart, near Don Quijote and Daiso where you can buy literally everything. 1 km to Namba station and Namba park mall. Room relatively small, but still comfortable for 4 person. Room equipment quite complete, washing machine and sink, and you can dry your clothing inside shower room. Check-in /out process very easy. Hotel office in the first floor, we can store our luggage there while waiting for check in time.

located across the road to Shinsenkai and so many restaurants. The property was clean and the host thought of everything you could possibly need. Super handy having pocket wifi available to rent for free, along with bikes and projectors. We would definitely stay again!!

The location is pretty good near 4 metro station, which is not far. There are several convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets near the department. It´s easy to buy something to eat or drink while you are hungry. If you need any help, just go to the office downstairs between the working hours, the staffs are kind to offer the help. A department recommended!!!
