4 BR En Soleil Directly on Gulf, Beautiful unit on the 11th floor!!
Si tratta di 2350 piedi quadrati di vita splendida che è proprio lo sfondo giusto per le viste mozzafiato sul Golfo che vedrete attraverso le porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono su un balcone ampio 500 piedi quadrati. Open space piano ideale per intrattenere grandi gruppi di familiari o amici. Cucina con ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici top-of-the-line. L'area balcone estremamente grande ti dà un impareggiabile sulla zona grill all'aperto sulla spiaggia. Un sacco di spazio per mangiare, intrattenere, o semplicemente rilassarsi sul balcone. Questo balcone è enorme !!

This unit was incredibly large, well laid out, and well appointed. The key feature is the outdoor living offered on the ridiculously huge balcony. The kitchen was large and easy to share with others.We will be staying here again, I can promise you!

Outstanding view of the beach and water.Overall, we enjoyed our time and enjoyed The condo unit.I know we are picky, but some areas could have been cleaner and the towels were so poor in quality. We would wash and dry them and the lent on the towels would be everywhere.But, the beach made up for that!

Loved the room overall.
Downfalls, the garbage disposal is missing the plastic piece that prevents waste particles from flying al over the kitchen.. you can't operate one without water because you'll burn up the motor.. shouldn't be a hards fix but very nessisary. The sheets had a gross stain and glitter on them... floor was super sandy..floor was swept again when i was out & new sheets were dropped off, (but really..) the chairs out the back patio right out the master bedroom were almost rusted through (dangerous) and need replaced. The jacuzzi tub in the master backrooms water was really hard to shut off and the tub drain didn't work so when we tried to use it for a relaxing bath we had to shove a rag in the drain.. and then the tub had particles of something floating in the water. I called Sarah who was great at first till I asked to be called back about some issues, left at least 2 messages and didn't hear back from anyone... very frustrating. Loved the location. This company is frustrating to work with. The first condo I booked for my wedding week was truly everything I wanted and less then 8 hours later they emailed and tell me it's not available. Then I switch. Then by the grace of God I speak to the property manager who tells me of a huge window renovation going on and the property manager suggests moving the wedding due to construction...
These places need inspecting by someone other than a housekeeper prior to paying guests...and fix whats broke.
The Majestic security were super helpful with parking for our wedding!!!!
