Questa rara unità con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con aria condizionata e lanai privata è una delle unità sul lungomare più spaziose di Maui. Dal momento in cui entri nel tuo condominio per le vacanze, respirerai la più sensazionale vista sull'oceano. Dovresti essere una nave da crociera per avvicinarti di più all'oceano.
La grande cucina è completamente attrezzata per lo chef gourmet. Nuovissimi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui lavastoviglie, forno, microonde e frigorifero dotati di acqua filtrata e distributore di ghiaccio dalla porta. Se ti stanchi di tutti i favolosi ristoranti che offre il lato ovest di Maui, goditi un pasto fatto in casa o un barbecue al tramonto.
Il generoso soggiorno e la sala da pranzo vantano splendide viste e un ampio spazio per riunioni. Ogni mobile è nuovo di zecca e accentato con opere d'arte e arredamento di buon gusto.
La camera da letto principale ha la stessa splendida vista e ha un letto king size. La parte posteriore è anche una master suite ed entrambe hanno tutte le lenzuola nuove e bagni completamente ristrutturati con ripiani in granito e docce piastrellate.
Situato in posizione strategica con parcheggio in loco e nuovissima lavatrice e asciugatrice accatastabili in acciaio inossidabile rendono la vacanza comoda e spensierata. Maui sta chiamando!

This condo really stands out for the views and being right on the ocean! The patio and front window are absolutely beautiful and were definitely the highlight of our stay.That said, there were a few areas that fell short, especially for the price. The beds were quite firm, and with four adults staying, the unit only had three beach chairs, which made it a bit inconvenient for all four of us to enjoy sitting on the beach together. It would also have been a nice touch to provide a few laundry pods; we ended up purchasing detergent for a few loads and left extras behind for future guests.The building itself is older (maybe built in the late 70s) and has a very laid-back vibe, but it can be noisy. We had some rowdy neighbors during our stay, and the back bedroom in particular doesn’t offer much sound insulation, and you can hear quite a bit through the windows. They did, however, offer sound machines.Overall, you’re largely paying for the incredible view. On the plus side, the location is fantastic, just steps from the pool, beach, and a fun restaurant, and we really enjoyed the pool and spa. All in all, we enjoyed parts of our stay, but we’re not sure the overall value quite matched the price we paid.

There is not a place to rent canoes or kayaks on site. Condo is beautifully decorated with stylish and new furniture. View from condo through the large window wall and lanai are amazing. We had a pair of love sparrows perched outside our window on the palm tree all week guarding her nest she made in the eaves of our unit. Pool, beach, restaurant on site, we had a lovely time.

There were many positives about the condo. Its location is fabulous. The beach was perfect. However, we found the condo was lacking in other areas. The dishwasher is corroded and gives off a bad smell when you open it. The refrigerator’s filter needed to be changed, and would beep after a few days of ignoring it, so we had to reset it without replacing the filter. The outside table was dirty when we arrived but once I messaged the owner it was cleaned. However, the windows looking outside were still covered in salt water. There were also no paper towels but those were also brought in once we messaged the owner. No nose tissues and we were given 2 1 oz shampoos and conditioners and body wash. Not enough for a week with 2 adults and 1 child. The carpet should be replaced as it is quite worn and the bathroom fan was filled with dust and debris. I usually don’t leave negative notes, but after being charged what a 5 star hotel was charging a night, I was not thrilled with the accommodations. We have stayed many times in Maui and won’t be coming back to this unit. With that said, our friends stayed in the next building and they only paid $450 a night and didn’t have the same issues.
