Benvenuto a Bella Bulimba
Una casa unica in stile Queensland con un arredamento industriale vintage aromatizzato. Bella si trova a pochi passi da Oxford Street e dal villaggio che è Bulimba. Una casa confortevole e accogliente, che amerai.
Bella è a 12 chilometri (12 minuti in auto) dall'aeroporto di Brisbane e 4. 8 chilometri (5-10 minuti in auto) a Brisbane City. Si trova a 100 metri dall'inizio di Oxford Street Village, una bellissima e lussureggiante zona verdeggiante del villaggio, che vanta dozzine di ristoranti, boutique bar, negozi di souvenir e caffè. La strada è sede di un cinema Cineplex, del supermercato Woolworths, del Bulimba Memorial Park e del suo meraviglioso parco giochi.
Questo sobborgo fluviale ha accesso a Brisbane City, New Farm Park, Eat Street Markets e Southbank tramite una rilassante crociera sul nostro regolare City Cat Ferries.
Siamo letteralmente in fondo alla strada del Collegio di Lourdes Hill ea un tiro di schioppo da Churchie, rendendo questa proprietà una scelta fantastica per le famiglie che visitano i pensionanti.
Ospitiamo anche molti ospiti interstatali per eventi al Brisbane Hockey Center a Colmslie, Sleeman Centre a Chandler, campo di tiro Belmont e Brisbane Sporting Clays.
La proprietà è completamente recintata, fronte e retro. Fornisce parcheggio fuori strada per almeno 3 veicoli. Abbiamo un'adorabile "casa di cubbie" e un cortile recintato per tenere i piccoli al sicuro e a portata di occhio.
La casa ha 3 camere da letto di dimensioni decenti più un angolo studio. Lo spazio comprende un mazzo open space, sala da pranzo, cucina e salotto. Abbiamo fornito tutta la cucina "mod contro" (lavastoviglie, frigorifero di dimensioni familiari, grande dispensa e macchina per il caffè Nespresso) ed è adatto per cucinare i pasti della famiglia decente e cuocere se lo desideri. Il salone ha un comodo divano / divano, una grande TV a schermo piatto appeso a parete, un lettore Blueray che è collegato Wifi e consente il tuo Netflix, Facebook, You Tube e abbiamo anche una scorta di DVD per bambini. Questa proprietà ha un secondo bagno e una stazione di lavaggio per comodità. La camera da letto principale ha il suo condizionatore d'aria a ciclo inverso e c'è anche una grande unità situata nel salone / sala da pranzo con i fan in tutto ..

Se Bella è esaurita durante le tue date o hai bisogno di più spazio, per favore controlla le sue sorelle non troppo distanti a Hawthorne (il sobborgo successivo) e Camp Hill (solo 2 sobborghi di distanza). La sorellina è un grazioso cottage 2Brm + chiamato Hawthorne on the Park (ID 155073) o la sorella maggiore Chill Camp Hill 3Brm (ID 150672).

We were in the process of moving states and waiting for a property to settle. Our initial stay was extended by a week the another couple of nights. Tracey was helpful as a host and very accommodating.
The property was very well presented and dog friendly. The deck and back yard were an ideal spot for an afternoon G&T. Close to shops and great restaurants along with public transport.
We recommend the spot highly.

Making the big move back to NZ is huge! Finding this little beautiful Gem of a holiday house for 7 days is a blessing to us, having to move out of rental, our home for 15 years!
We had a fantastic group of boys from Overseas Packers & Shippers take over our house for 3 days packing up all of our stuff. (My goodness, so.....much stuff!!!!)
Thank you so much Tracey Hurn for allowing us to stay in your beautiful holiday home! So relaxing to come back too after the many trips back & fro to our house in Algester.
Most of all we could have our fur baby Buddy with us till he gets picked up by his carer to go join our cat. They will both be taken to meet their flight on Tuesday.
Monday 13th January 2020, we say goodbye to this beautiful country, Brisbane Australia, Our home for 23 years!

For any family wishing to have a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable stay in Brisbane this home is the perfect fit. We had two rooms to sleep couples, a further room with two single beds and a study in which a cot was provided. We took our pooch with us ( 12 yo cocker spaniel ) and had no issues. The yard was secure and had a children's cubby house in which our Brisbane-based grandchildren had fun. Features that made the stay that much nicer were a well fitted kitchen with every sort of utensil you might want to use on a holiday. There was a coffee machine, simple to use and we had two packs of pods on arrival. The second loo made things easier with a number of people and the shower / bath was good in that my wife has multiple sclerosis and stepping into a bath is sometimes an issue. The setup in Bulimba meant this was not a problem here as it was an easy step both into and out of the bath. It was highlighted before our arrival the air-conditioning in the home, which was one in the main living area and one in the main bedroom. We had some hot days in Brisbane ( for Sydneysiders ) and found the a/c more than adequate, using a combination of the ceiling fans and a/c. The internet connections and also Netflix etc worked perfectly for when you had done your daily tripping and simply wanted to relax at the end of the day. The laundry was downstairs; both washer and drier worked fine and there was a clothesline handy to the washer - all round no real issues for the domestic dimensions of a holiday. The photo on the site highlights a generous deck with BBQ at the end and this was also used often. It was also quite nice to sit out in the evening breeze, which was present most evenings. In terms of location it was a quick and easy drive into the city, but better is to travel from the Bulimba ferry terminal which can take you either into the city / south bank and a range of other stops and also directly across the river if that was needed. We had Tracey's number should this have been required, but it wasn't. She did call to confirm we had all settled with no issues, which was appreciated and we also had a gift of chocolates and a lovely Christmas note on arrival. All up, a great stay, had all of the facilities needed in the home and there were no surprises - many thanks again to Tracey and Richard.

We loved our time at the Bella! The house had everything we wanted in a classic Queensland style & the kids had a great time in the cubby. Having Oxford St just around the corner, with the ferry terminal & 2 excellent playgrounds a short walk away made the location perfect for us. We hope to stay there again one day.
