L'appartamento è molto vicino a tutto ciò che vorresti esplorare a Reykjavik. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra. Con parcheggio gratuito davanti o parcheggio interno custodito privato. L'ascensore va dal parcheggio al piano dell'appartamento.
Cucina completamente arredata e attrezzata con lavastoviglie e soggiorno con divano letto per due persone.
Il bagno è dotato di doccia e troverete asciugacapelli, shampoo e balsamo e asciugamani in abbondanza.
Camera matrimoniale con un letto di 180 cm x 200 cm. Altre due camere da letto, con due letti singoli 80 cm x 200 cm e un letto 160 cm x 200 cm.
È un appartamento molto pulito e carino, ottima posizione tranquilla ma a pochi minuti da tutti i bar e ristoranti. Grandi passeggiate sul mare proprio fuori dall'edificio.
Il parcheggio privato custodito è sotto casa. Internet gratuito, TV. Lavatrice e asciugatrice all'interno.

There was some construction going on in the adjacent street (which was disclosed), but other than that, everything went great. This is a good location and everything was tidy and in good repair.

Very good location, nice neighborhood and convenient to shops to pick up food, great coffee shop nearby and walking distance to nice restaurants. The apartment is very spacious with just about everything you need supplied, including washer/dryer, iron (not that I'm ironing on vacation), converters for electronic devices, plenty of coffee and other food supplies

The flat was clean, spacious, and centrally located. The host was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond by offering to arrange transportation to and from the airport and answering any questions that we had about the property and the town itself.
The rental can easily accommodate a large family of 6+ or 3 couples.
In short, we had an incredible stay at this property!

Thor is a wonderful owner. He is responsive and very helpful. The apartment is nice and clean. It’s well equipped, we find everything we need around the apartments. It’s close to all the shops and restaurants with walking distance. I would stay again if visiting Reykjavik and definitely recommend to my friends.

The photos clearly do not do the property justice. We had a fantastic stay at the property and the apartment was huge, comfortable and very well stocked. Everything was thought about and taken care of. Communication with the host was clear and Gudmundur was so helpful with local tips on what to do, where to eat, etc. Will highly recommend and will surely rebook if we come back.

We had a great one week stay at the apartment. Easy check-in, great secure parking garage spot, easy walk and drive to groceries. Also a short walking distance to bakeries, restaurants and bars. Super comfy beds, very responsive host, and just wonderful overall.

I highly recommend this property for a family. Beach, walking trail along the water, grocery store, playground and pizza/sandwich shops all within 2 blocks. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of extra towels and blankets and washer/dryer made this apartment very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

We had looked for an apartment in Reykjavik in a good spot to get access to Blue Lagoon and Vik by car. This apartment was just perfect for that. We enjoyed our trips to the blue lagoon and Vik with beautiful sightings on the way. Also not too far away from downtown Reykjavik. The host is very nice and extremely responsive plus instructions about apartment and all around it were perfect. Host suggested a great spot to watch Northern lights and we went there on our last night and got some great views.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a perfect size for our 5 person family. On top of the perfect location and size - you get a parking place, full kitchen, and washer/dryer! This was a favorite in our 2 week trip through Iceland.

Awesome host!
Thor was extremely helpful! Our flights were changed and we could no longer pick up our rental car. He arranged a taxi for us. Parking available underground. Quiet but also very easy access to downtown.

Fabulous location and great host
The property is very close to grocery stores, a wonderful bakery, a swimming pool and about ten minutes walk to downtown, absolutely perfect! Gudmundor was extremely helpful and very welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

He met us when we checked in and showed us around. The apartment has 3 good sized bedrooms with outstanding linens. The bathroom is large and the shower is fantastic! The kitchen has everything you will need to whip up a gourmet meal!!

Amazing property close to the ocean and downtown Reykjavík
Apartment is a large clean apartment in a prime location. Kitchen is very well equipped. Property manager is very nice person who takes care of his guests. The internet connection is solid 200 Mbps both ways. We had a great time
