Vicino a tutti i ristoranti, negozi, negozi di alimentari e negozi specializzati in Santee.
L'unità dispone di 2 camere da letto ben illuminate (e 1 bagno) al piano superiore e una cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo e soggiorno al piano inferiore. I letti queen-size sono di alta qualità e le camere hanno tende spesse per le notti di lavoro.
Il divano letto del soggiorno si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale, in modo che l'unità possa dormire 6+
Aria condizionata e riscaldamento centralizzati, Wi-Fi superveloce, grandi TV widescreen con cavo e film on demand (tramite Apple TV e Netflix) in ogni stanza.

C'è una piccola area del cortile con mobili da giardino per godersi la cena e il vino all'esterno, ma con la massima privacy.

Il complesso condominiale offre una piscina, cassette postali, prati ben curati, ecc. Un sacco di parcheggio.
Abbiamo un minimo di 1 mese ma tendiamo a soddisfare gli ospiti che soggiornano per 2-6 mesi. Non siamo una casa vacanza. Siamo specializzati in alloggi temporanei per coppie che si trasferiscono, infermieri viaggianti e famiglie che si trasferiscono a San Diego e necessitano di alloggi temporanei.
Il quartiere è estremamente sicuro, orientato alla famiglia, a pochi passi da uno Starbucks, un posto di yogurt gelato e molte altre attività commerciali.
È un angolo del complesso condominiale, quindi offre molta pace e tranquillità.
Bambini benvenuti, ma non sono ammessi animali (alcuni cani saranno presi in considerazione, ma solo se tenuti nel cortile recintato e non ammessi al chiuso). Niente gatti.

Most amazing was the entertainment system . All the rooms are connected to it and you can watch anything. For us, having a real kitchen that you can actually cook big family meals in was the highlight. Didn't get to try the pool or doggie stuff (as we don't have a pooch), but they look great. If my job sends us back to San Diego, this will be my first choice!

San Diego in the winter can get warm (believe it or not) and the pool and hot top were a big hit with my kids. Private parking by out front door is nice but the quiet was the number one thing

Love this condo-Perfect for big families
So, nice to have a full kitchen with everything in it. We like to cook. We are a big family. Very welcoming and warm condo. We liked the pool. Great name. Great unit
Pool, lawns, dog yard, dog door, entertainment system in every room. Our family had a wonderful stay and we will be back next time I get assigned to San Diego. So glad my boss didn't put us in a hotel.

Perfect for our work assignment!
This unit was perfect for my work assignment. So quiet in a very safe family-oriented neighborhood. My work in San Diego is over, but someday I will come back to explore the city and enjoy all the cool places nearby! Maybe then I can take the time to sleep in and enjoy the birds chirping the morning as I drove to the job site.
I see why they call it a Peaceful condo, both bedroom as super quiet. It is in a condo complex with a HOW, but right on the corner and out of the way. We didn't get to try out the pool area, as I was really here on a work assignment. Thanks for letting my business partner and I rent it for the month!

Perfect for Long Term Travel Nursing Assignments
A fellow nurse and I got sent to San Diego on a new assignment that would keep us here for a few months. I’ve been here numerous times before so I reached out to my favorite hosts to see if any of their units were available. Peaceful Condo is by far the best one yet!!! The décor, the area, the pool, the full kitchen, I can go on and on. The area is immaculately kept, there is patrolled parking so no worries about your vehicle, and the neighbors kept to themselves. The other nurse joined me instead of trying to find her own unit, which worked out since there is a second bedroom, and we were able to save by splitting the rent. It is SO nice to be so close to all the medical facilities as we get rotated quite often by our staffing agency. Being a few minutes from Hwy 52 and Hwy 8 make it super quick and convenient to get anywhere in San Diego. Definitely got the best value for our money here!

Beautiful and quiet condo works for 6!
It was super great to be back at our favorite San Diego condo again. We haven’t been back since May. I got another very long work assignment in San Diego and I got to take my family with me for part of it. This house is great. Plenty of room for us, the kids, and I even go to bring my dogs this trip. It was great to get away from our city for a while. Since we have been here last, there is even more room to sleep and the entertainment system has seen a major investment. We didn’t get to use the pool as much this time, but the kids loved playing on the manicured lawns and going for evening walks. My husband and I love the quiet here. I recommend this place for big families and small groups. They put in a new sleeping system for the downstairs and it is super comfy! Great neighborhood too. Love the new Starbucks on down the road.

Perfect little get away!
The unit was perfect! Little smaller than the pictures but was expected. Would have easily slept 4 people comfortably! The hosts were overly kind and they made sure everything was convienit for us. They have the house stocked with the essentials for a long stay, the TVs are all updated and the Unit itself was very clean and everything looked new. Would forsure book again!

The house is well set up for a long stay. Two bedrooms, good size closets, dresser drawers, washer/dryer, pretty well stocked and functional kitchen (pots, pans, appliances, utensils) dining table, comfortable beds and furniture, nicely decorated.
This is an end unit in a condominium complex and was really quiet during our long stay. Far enough away from busy roads that you can leave your windows open at night. Neighbors were all pretty quiet too (there are some kids who play in the area in the day, but not rambunctious at all). Parking was easy. We had two big trucks, and almost always had spaces right out in front. The area feels really safe with kids, families, working people, and folks out walking their dogs.
The owners are super nice and regularly ask about anything they could (reasonably) do or invest in to make the experience better. We were the first to move into this rental and suggested a few improvements/repairs, which they followed up on right away. I have rented other homes from them previously because I knew him to be totally trustworthy and that he likes to set up his places to be very functional / home-like experiences. We had a great stay here.

And not just the end of a row, but the end of a building and the next building’s a good 200 ft. away. So way less commotion from other people, which was great.
More room than my girlfriend and I really needed, but that’s not a bad thing. We didn’t really spend a ton of time at the condo, but I gotta say that the wi-fi there was crazy-fast! It was nice to have a Starbucks so close by for our AM caffeine fix, although we kinda felt bad leaving for that when there’s such a nice coffee bar right next to the kitchen. We also liked being able to do a quick load of laundry; really convenient. Thanks to the hosts for making an exception for us to their 1 month min rule. Mike and Dakee are wonderful people and you can't go wrong with them or the Peaceful Condo.
