Family Hotel Ring & Thermal

Perfect value for money. The hostess was amazing - not just friendly but really kind, served us watermelon and cookies at the pool, gave us really good info about the town, places to go and eat... The pool was really good - thermal water, not crowded. And we got really large towels for the pool. The hotel was really clean and the room was spacious.

The Hotel is on a busy road, so don't expect quiet. Apart from that, nothing to complain of.

Small family type hotel, right off the centre of Kyustendil. We appreciated the very friendly hospitality and made the most of the thermal water pool and the sauna. As there weren’t other guests at that moment it felt like we had the hotel and the facilities all to ourselves!

The hotel is in a very animated street with lots of traffic, so our room which gave on that side was rather noisy..

The pool. Although it is not for swimming, it is a proper Roman bath with seats and hot mineral water.

I paid for a whole studio per person explicitly to have a doubel bed, because I am not used to sleeping in single beds. Unfortunately, what I got was two single beds loosely attached to each other. And the price was quite different for the two types of accommodation. Also, there is no car park. You could park in the city paid parking zone if you find a spot. We were lucky to be there during the weekend so there were not so many cars parked. The hotel is on the main street of the town. It is very noisy and the windows do little to reduce the noise from the cars passing right below.
