The location was good, close to the center and the train station. The owner was very helpful in responding to our questions.
Breakfast was served in the room, and refilled daily. Several options to choose from, sweets, dairy, bread, toast, etc.
Large room and large bathroom, the location was quiet.
The room was quite cold, as well as the tiled floor in the room and bathroom.
The water pressure and temperature was fluctuating, so it was difficult to take a proper shower.

The accomodation was in a former 'Palazzo'' and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Our host and her daughter went more than 'the extra mile' when Easyjet cancelled our flight to Naples. They found alternative accommodation for our, now, extra night and gave us a key to leave and access our luggage until we left the next day. Wonderful assistance!
Pretty well impossible to think of anything. Our bathroom was separate from the bedroom but private and that location merely reflected the property layout so not a problem at all.

The hosts were super welcoming and helpful. We were allowed to leave our bags at the hostel for one night while we did the Etna tour, which was very nice. Communication was easy and the hosts always available when we had any questions. Breakfast was really good as well.

Susi and Viviana were delightful hosts! They were great communicators and Susi was so helpful with what we could do with our short stay. I had assumed all hotels would have shampoo and conditioner. When it didn’t Viviana went and found me some. The breakfast was unbelievably good with so much variety.
I would suggest having tissues in the room although it seems it is normal in Italy not to have any. Just a suggestion. There really wasn’t anything else.

Really nice place !! Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. It was pretty good by european standards. The room is large and comfortable.Property is placed in strategic location - close to city center. Owner is super friendly and helpful. Location is great. You can go anywhere by walking. Close to bus stops. Highly recommended! By the way thanks for everything susanna and valeria :)

This is an amazing place! A central location, great hosts and home-like atmosphere. We arrived very early in the morning and were met even though it was 6.00 am. Highly recommended!

The hostess was absolutely wonderful, made us feel at home!
Her daughter was there even when we arrived veery late after a delayed flight and she responded to whatever question we had!
The room was big, in a building following the local architecture, so the experience was absolutely Sicilian!

Really nice stay! Clean and comfortable. Nice hosts, always ready to help. We had late check-in, but it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was really good. Nice location near Bellini theatre, close to the city centre (about 10 min walking) and close to the train station (10 min walking to another side). When we are back to Catania, certainly we’ll stay here again!

The staff treats guests as though they are staying in their own home. They went out of their way to make UA comfortable.

We booked this B&B last minute, and it proved to be worthwhile, Susan and Valerie were beyond fantastic, hospitable and amusing. It was as if we were at home. They made sure we had everything we wanted for breakfast, it was as if we had it at home. We were provided with all the info needed. The place was clean, spacious, inviting and quiet.

The breakfast was fine, and the hot water in the showers.
The beds are comfortable
The place has no AirConditioning in the main room (which is also the lobby and the dining room) unless the host approves using it. It is June, and very hot, but she takes the remote control of the AirConditioner with her when she leaves.
And she puts it on only during breakfast when she's around.
No keys to the toilets.
She said that When you pay for B and B you get only that. not even a fork or knife to use in the room. not even a trash bin in the Lobby.
Dont expect coffee in the lobby outside of breakfast hours. Also just a kettle but no coffee in the rooms.. The host took away the operator of the coffeee machine when she was not there.
No flexibility in breakfast time, and not very generous with the food.
We were a group of 9 people, and she served only 6 cups of yoghurt every morning.
Dry cakes some bread and jam, 1 tomato and a bit of lettuce on one plate, and 6 fried eggs cut to halves. some bacon and cheese and cereal.

Suzanna and Valeria were excellent hosts. The location was unbeatable as we didn't know the Festival of St Agatha was on but all roads lead back to B&B Kike. Breakfast also wonderful. Thank you!

The place is fabulous. The location is fantastic with quick access to tourist attractions as well as transport links. Kind and good homework. Susana and Valeria - thank you for the warm welcome, the hospitality and everything you did for us. Love you!

Breakfast was superb. The bread with the sesame seed was the most delicious I ever had.
Very warm and friendly host.
Electric kettle in the room + glass + tea.
Room was spacious for 4 of us.
When the heater was not on (I think it turns on and off automatically at certain time), the floor of the room was quite cold for me (I'm from tropical country), and I need to wear socks all the time or just stay on the bed. Bring your own slippers.

Susana was very accommodating when it came to us leaving the bags there the first and last day! And serving breakfasts earlier so we were able to catch the trains for our day trips
Rooms are clean and big, beds are comfy
Really good location - 10mins to Catania Centrale and city centre
Nothing to do with the BnB but if you're travelling in January, be prepared for quite a lot of restaurants being closed (not just in Catania)

Nice Hosts - Valeria was friendly and willing and stayed in touch with us via whatsapp and we get great tips for restaurant, beaches/lidos, parking habits etc... Her mother Susy was nice and friendly too and morning breakfast were so pleasant with her. Great location in the city center - 10 minutes walk to Cattedrale di Sant'Agata and fish market, alibus airport shuttle, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, parking lots...but any noise - quite room.

Everything was perfect.I would definitely suggest it if you are traveling to Catania with family 👍The owners are lovely ,which made my kids feel at ease.The location is perfect with lots of pedestrians road for you to walk around safely.Thanks to Susi for making us all feel so welcome .
