Booking this property for our group of 10 people to celebrate New Years was a fantastic decision. The house was spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably. The house is just an advertised and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Tahoe!

This is a great property! Spectacular lake view from all balconies on 3 different levels. Large kitchen, spacious enough for our party of 10. Close to Stateline area and grocery store. Host and property manager were easy to work with and very responsive. Everyone in our party would recommend this property.

We have stayed in Tahoe every presidents day week for the past 10 years. Always in a different cabin. This one was by far our favorite. The host was very flexible and had great communication. Highly highly recommend this property.

Loved staying here. Home was gorgeous and the view was beautiful. It was great having the large kitchen, dining room and family room all together so everyone could be together. Robert was very easy to work with. Only draw back was 5th bedroom was very small and no closet but it did have a dresser however would definitely stay here again.

We were blessed to stay at this lovely rental home in Southlake Tahoe for a high school reunion. The house was very comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with all we needed. We had many great memories, and the management was incredibly accommodating. Maybe my best rental experience yet.

My family and I stayed here after Christmas for a few days. It was truly magical. The photos of the property do not do it justice. Standing by the windows of the living room and gazing out at the unobstructed view of the lake was breathtaking. The entire house and all of the rooms are nicely appointed. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as a family and after a day skiing and snowboarding at the nearby ski resort, we settled into a nice evening in front of the large fireplace and watched television and played games. In addition to the closet full of games provided by the house, we also enjoyed teaching my nephew how to play pool and occasionally relaxing in the hot tub. Management was prompt with any questions or requests we had and were very attentive. I cannot say enough good things about this house and the rental experience. It was truly amazing. My family had such a wonderful time that we are even thinking of making this a yearly tradition! If you want a relaxing, spacious home with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding forest, you cannot go wrong selecting this house.

My wife and I had a weekend spent here with our families. Beautiful location and very spacious property. Pretty much has all the things you would need for a weekend away from home.
The only issue was that they had to change the hot tub over the weekend we were there and we were not notified about it. It was not available for use as the old one was being taken away upon our arrival and the new one was not installed yet. Having a hot tub was one of our criteria in search of the get away rental for this weekend and not having it available was a huge disappointment for everyone in our party. I wish we had been notified about it and possibly provided with some sort of compensation as we basically had paid over $1400/night for this stay.
Otherwise the communication, ease of checking in, and the unique location was exceptional.

We stayed at this spacious property for 3 nights in early September. The layout of the home worked out well for our group as we could gather for meals in the well appointed kitchen/dining area and retire to quite rooms with comfortable beds in the evenings. We had a very enjoyable visit.

Owner is spring loaded to evict people from this property. He has either a neighbor or HOA rep to spy on you and the moment you break the parking policy, or have ANYONE out on a patio after 9pm, even if they’re just talking, he will kick you out. It’s a good location but pretty much only good if you are staying in a very small group.

We loved this house! Very tranquil setting with fabulous views - wonderful to come back to after a day out on the lake.
The only suggestion we’d make is for the owner to provide a house book of things to do/amenities in Tahoe (supermarkets, where to hire a boat, good beaches etc) to save us from doing this ourselves. Other than this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😀

This house has a great view with lots of space. For the price, I didn’t love everything.
Things I loved: the hot tub was great and worked properly. Quiet neighborhood. The massive dining room table and kitchen.
Thanks I didn’t love: communication with the host was very poor. The two queen rooms are smaller than expected. One of the queen rooms is basically a bed in a closet. The pool table has a million hairs all over it and one of the two pool table Sticks was broken.
The listing was removed from VRBO before my arrival date, so it was very hard to review the rules and house details. I had to ask twice to have access to the listing. When I did, the host let me know he was on vacation and didn’t want to be bothered with the VRBO app open.
Overall, I would not rent with this host again.

on his calendar. Eventually we were able to secure a week.
The house and location were just wonderful. Beautiful, beautiful setting overlooking Lake Tahoe. Plenty of room for everyone. Very well equipped.

The property was just as advertised. It was well stocked and very clean. The hot tub was warm when we got there and the direct TV hookups we’re in every room. The host was responsive and timely. The address of the property was different from what was shown on the map but it was no issue. Overall a great experience.

It was extremely hot with little in the way to cool down. Construction was going every day we were there. Which was not great for the family members who had allergies. The sheets were dirty. Couldn't get wifi for a full day due to miscommunication with owner. There was no way for us to open the garage without someone running through the house to open and close it. The noise rule was ridiculous. Especially the threat of taking our deposit away if we weren't quiet enough. I have rented a lot of vrbo s and this was my least favorite. Dissatisfied with my overall experience.

This home is in a great location with a great view. Kitchen was fully stocked although we couldn’t find a toaster. The house was a great size for everyone however I wouldn’t call it “luxury” It was “normal” It has definitely been remodeled but you can tell that it is a old home. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

The property is an older house that has a lake view. Check in process is messy with documents sent at the last moment after multiple requests and entry code sent while we were on the way to the property already. This is unusual and inconvenient, and there is no clear reason for that. No parking is allowed on the street, so cars have to be parked in the driveway behind each other, making the process of getting in and out of the house cumbersome with re-parking in the very narrow driveway.Directions are not displayed at the property and we had to ask for Wi-Fi password separately. In general, a lot of things that could be simple were hard for no reason.The website description is very difficult to match to pictures and pictures are made in a way that does not allow to understand the true size of the rooms. There is also no floor plan available or sent upon request. Thus, for example, one of the rooms downstairs is tiny, dark, and has no shower or toilet in its vicinity. Other room upstairs has a restroom across the hall and is also very small. Pictures make them look larger, but the rooms are uncomfortably small. The house does not have a good noise insulation, and it was impossible to sleep in the master rooms which are located under the kitchen and the living room – even simple walking to and from the fridge upstairs would wake one up downstairs. Notably, in the master bathroom, the shower in the bathtub was leaking all the time and the tub did not drain well. Linens had some red stains on them and there were no replacements that we could find. The biggest issue, however, came up when the stove stopped working and the house started to cool down on our last night of stay. We took pictures to show the owner that the temperature was actually rapidly falling (from 70s to 58'). There was likely some problem with propane, but we really don’t know. We reached out to the owner multiple times, but noone arrived to fix the issue and we had to leave the property when the temperature fell. The owner promised us to refund that night that the house ran out of propane, but then he changed his mind and did not do that.
