Price and swimming pool
No cover for the toilet, need to sit directly on the toilet. No placard for the clothes

Good pool, spacious rooms & great location.
The staff start talking outside the rooms from early in the AM with no care for the guests sleeping in the room!

Excellent way to experience Kampot without being right in the centre. Not too much of a long walk to the centre but you can rent a bike for very cheap from the guesthouse and its safe and easy to drive in the area.

Nice big pool
The room I was given to start inside upstairs at the back was very damp and had mould on the ceiling...there was some sort of leak from above and the mattress was uncomfortable/ very thin.
They changed my room for me and I noticed them putting a new mattress in that room the next day.
