The Sea Baron IV is a yacht of 63 foot (21 meter) motor cruiser.
Sleeps 6. Accommodation being available for 2 guests in the master cabin and 4 guests in the other two private cabins, all with full bathroom with shower.
Cooking facilities are available on board, while the marina has private parking, excellent toilet and washing facilities. Security is available for 24 hours throughout the Marina. The Grand Harbour Marina MALTA is situated in one of the creeks in Vittoriosa Waterfront, surrounded by the Baroque architecture and defensive walls of the capital city of Valletta, on the heart of the three cities of Cospicua, Vittoriosa and Senglea towards the south there are incredible cities to behold when looking in all directions.
Set against the picturesque, historic backdrop of a UNESCO World Heritage site, this marina in Grand Harbour Malta will take your breath away – by day or by night.
The 500 year-old exquisite architecture of Valletta and Vittoriosa creates a captivating atmosphere, further enhanced by the waterfront buildings, which house chic.
You’ll find a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars on the waterfront catering for every taste from traditional Maltese food to international cuisine.

Positives:
Excellent location, everything you need within minutes walk. Great space upstairs and on deck, lovely welcome pack and unique experience holidaying on a boat.
Negatives:
Old plumbing/toilet facilities are in need of replacing. Ensuite toilet main bedroom overflows with excrement onto floor, rancid smell when flushed. Host had to unblock on 2 occasions despite following rule of no toilet paper down toilet. Made decision not to use that toilet as smell was awful, leaving only 1 toilet (wee only, as couldn't face more overflowing) 3rd toilet was locked and out of use. Made use of marina toilets.
Air con leaked in main bedroom on night one, soaking clothes and carpet. Host fixed and placed a bowl to collect water for remainder of stay. We were told this was due to not turning off air con at mains when out for eve meal. We only turned off at each room thermostat. Carpet was saturated in matter of hours, smell of damp.
Sadly these issues bring my score down as a toilet not fit for purpose is a big no no.
Just saw similar issues on other site dated 2024 and 2025 so its definitely an ongoing concern that host should take more seriously, rather than unblock then say everything is now perfect. Perfect would be it not happening at all.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay on the boat.Staying on a boat is a little like upscale camping and not for anyone with mobility issues. We enjoyed every moment of it and it was a truly unique experience.The hosts were great and responded to any minor issues quickly.We would love to do it again!

The Sea Baron was immaculately clean, generously provisioned, and an awesome platform for exploring Valetta and Birgu. It's steps away from the water taxi and ferry (pro tip: the water taxis are more fun), which made it easy to get back and forth to Valetta. The boat is also sufficiently large and comfortable that our family of six could hang out on board and enjoy the experience. The Grand Harbor itself is a gem. The restaurants were great and Birgu is exceptionally beautiful. The marina also has great shower facilities if you don't want to use the totally serviceable, but smaller showers on board the boat. All together, a very unique, memorable stay. We had an excellent experience.
