Wonderful Mountain Views Villa & Private Pool
Immagina di svegliarti con il caffè Costa Rica appena preparato e respirare aria fresca e pulita mentre ti godi una vista sulle pittoresche montagne. Quindi, trascorri il pomeriggio immergendoti in una piscina a sfioro riscaldata a energia solare privata. Sembra un paradiso? Questo perché lo è.
Questa villa privata recintata si trova in un quartiere sicuro, silenzioso e tranquillo ed è circondata da giardini e un paesaggio immacolato. La villa presenta decorazioni di ispirazione europea e finestre dal pavimento al soffitto. Goditi una fetta di pura vida.
All'arrivo, forniamo una colazione gratuita, che include frutta, caffè, latte, zucchero, pane, burro e formaggio.
La camera da letto principale si affaccia sul giardino ed è dotata di una TV da 60 ", un comodo letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato completo (vasca da bagno e doccia separata).
La camera junior dispone di una TV da 40 "e di un letto queen size. La terza camera comprende un ambiente di lavoro / ufficio completo di scrivania, sedia e libreria.
Il secondo bagno ha una doccia in piedi e zona trucco.
I televisori hanno accesso a 60 stazioni. WiFi in tutta la casa.
La cucina concept aperta si trova sotto un soffitto alto creando un'atmosfera aperta e ariosa. E 'completamente attrezzata - lavastoviglie, piano cottura sopra, forno a microonde, tostapane, frigorifero e lavandino pieno.
Dalla sala da pranzo (che include un tavolo da pranzo per sei persone), puoi uscire nel patio per un drink. Il patio comprende un set patio e barbecue.

La villa è molto sicura, circondata da sei telecamere esterne e i proprietari vivono accanto.

Ci sono lezioni di yoga ogni giorno ad Atenas e puoi avere massaggi privati a casa su appuntamento. Anche un grande agopunturista è molto vicino. I proprietari sono felici di aiutarti a prendere accordi!

We spent 4 wonderful days in a stunning property situated on a hill with a panoramic view of San Jose. The house was extremely beautiful and well-maintained, with cleanliness evident from the moment we arrived. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.One of the most delightful experiences was the pool, which was always clean and maintained at the perfect temperature. Nothing compares to the moments spent in the water, admiring the volcanoes in the distance – a truly spectacular sight!The garden was a real paradise, filled with tropical plants that added an exotic touch to the place. Our host, a super host, was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay.This place was truly extraordinary, picturesque, and a perfect reflection of the "Pura Vida" philosophy. I warmly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in the heart of Costa Rica. We felt at home and can't wait to return!

My daughter and I flew to Costa Rica for a long weekend to visit my son who is in college in San Jose for the semester. This property was perfect for our little reunion. Plenty of space, beautiful views way up in the hills, and a pool. The owners were very helpful and charming. Liked that the house had a local flavor and not generic like most hotels and many other rentals were. Nice restaurants in town. Was central to our day trips.

What I loved about this property was the incredible view, the friendliness and how welcoming the hosts were, we were very appreciative of the basket of fruit and goodies as well as all of the information on the local restaurants, attractions and what to expect in the area in general.
What I disliked about this property was I do not feel it should be advertised as privately as it is since the host does live just right next to where you stay, there was quite a bit of noise just from their comings and goings as well as the noise of the maintenance personel. The host also has a very friendly dog who barked quite often during our stay. The pool was unfortunately a little too chilly to be enjoyed however it did rain quite a bit which I'm sure did not help to maintain a comfortable temperature.
The house itself was not the cleanest, all the chairs had a lot of crumbs in them and the placemats and counters were a bit dirty as well. The beds are very firm and not too comfortable and there is no AC in the rooms.
Overall the hosts friendliness and the view were 5 star, but the house itself I would rate maybe a 2 or 3 star. We enjoyed our stay but will be seeking different accommodations next time we visit.
