It was located close to the airport, the room was spacious, clean and featured an iron with the board in the room.

Shuttle service to and from the airport, dining staff accommodating us when we arrived in the cusp of the dining room closing and allowing us to order for it to be sent to room service and providing hem the room number after we checked in (as it saved us time and we were tired after a day of travels).
Room service order arrived as soon as we got to the room, really amazing and good was great portions and tasty.
Abigail at the front desk was phenomenal, we were to have had two bookings for April 22-23, but an error in dates for one room meant we only had 1 reservation instead of 2. Abigail was courteous, professional and proposed solutions to the dynamic and we booked directly through the hotel thanks to Abigail and she was able to accommodate an upgrade for the honeymoon couple who the erroneous reservation had been intended for - thank you Abigail, you are the reason customer service still has moments of magic. You remedied a potential really unpleasant experience for honeymooners spoke to all guests with the same demeanor and courteousness.
Beds comfy, shower great, breakfast lovely variety, thank you for a lovely stay to me and family including the honeymooners.
Waited a bit longer for the shuttle to collect us at than we were informed the waiting time would be.

I liked everything and they have a lab for covid test just outside at the Plaza next to the hotel.

The free shuttle was a life saver and super easy to organise. The breakfast included and staff were all great!
We’d booked 2 x double rooms yet we got allocated a suite instead which was annoying to not get what we booked but we made it work

Shuttle van en naar het hotel was zeer handig! Je bespaart toch 800 pesos (+/- 45€) per rit. De zoektocht naar de juiste plek waar de shuttle ons kwam oppikken was even zoeken maar zij kwamen naar ons toe uiteindelijk, dus zeer zijn.
De kamer was zeer comfortabel, enkel was er een lawaai om 6 u 's ochtends op de gang, ik denk van een of andere machine, zeer vervelend. Ik had ook geen warm water 's ochtends in de douche. Maar verder ideaal hotel wanneer je net toekomt in Cancun of net voor je vertrekt. restaurant ter plaatse was zeer goed, en de vriendelijkste obers van ons verblijf.

We booked this hotel just to sleep after a long flight and then be able to get our rental car in the morning
The room was clean, comfy bed and included breakfast was welcomed before we hit the road
We also were able to get the free hotel shuttle from the airport

Really convenient location for the airport. We stayed one night whilst transferring and appreciated the airport shuttle service. Note you have to call the hotel once you've received your luggage and you may have to wait a little bit for the shuttle to arrive. Breakfast was good and staff are friendly.
Shuttle did take a long time to arrive but it was picking up other guests at other terminals so thats fair enough.

The hotel is very bright & welcoming. The staff were all pleasant & friendly. We liked having musc at the pool. Our dinner was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was very generous. Thank you for an excellent stay!

This is the third time I stay at this property and I felt the hotel is aging better for good over time. I really liked the clean and nice smell across the entire property. The staff was super friendly and the mexican cuisine was above my expectations. The free shuttle to the airport is super convenient.

Loved the staff and very easy check-in after a long flight and late night arrival. Everyone was very accommodating in the morning and breakfast was a nice international buffet. The bathroom was spotless and gym was excellent for a quick workout in the morning. Loved the touch of water and towels in the gym ready for use. The airport transfers were easy and I felt safe with a large crowd of taxi drivers

El hotel se describe como un “hotel de aeropuerto” cuando en realidad está bastante lejos. Cuenta con un servicio de traslado gratuito bastante complejo de utilizar en el tramo del aeropuerto al hotel.
El desayuno dejó mucho que desear considerando que es un hotel de 4 estrellas.
Además, me pareció insólito que, dada la categoría y la característica de hotel de paso, no cuenten con adaptadores para los enchufes u otras alternativas para los huéspedes.

Das Hotel ist nah am Flughafen und sehr gut wenn man Nacht ankommt und am nächsten Tag weiter reisen will. Ist sauber und ganz okay für eine Nacht.
Frühstückt war überschaubar und man musste warten für nachfüllen weil schon alles leer war

Fantastic location, we spent one night on our way through Mexico and it was perfect for a stopover. Really clean, comfortable bed, nice pool and tasty food.
There is a self service laundry which I used - I was given 2 tokens (one for washing one for drying) put my stuff on and left it for an hour. Came back to realise the machine hadn’t gone on so went downstairs to ask for assistance. Over the course of an hr I was told someone was coming to help, went down to check 3 times, but was essentially left waiting in the laundry room to no avail. I asked for another token but wasn’t given one! I was super jet lagged and tired so in the end washed my things in the bathroom sink in the room. Was really disappointed as everything else was great.

We used the shuttle to get to the hotel from the airport and back to the airport to get the rental car. It was convenient to have the shuttle and saved money. The breakfast that was included with our room rate was great, lots of variety and they accommodated my dietary needs by making me a special plate.
We had our evening meal here, the food was ok, not a lot of flavor.

Sehr sauber und essen hat uns geschmeckt .in der Nähe von Flughafen, wir haben uns hier 2 Nächte erholt und dann nach playa del carmen gegangen.Uber nutzen viel billiger als normale Taxi

Todo está excelente ... Desde la llegada hasta salir el último día... Todos fueron muy amables, las personas que te atienden en el desayuno son muy amables siempre atentos a lo que uno necesite, la alberca excelente en fin todo muy bien...
