Quayside View è un modernissimo appartamento con 2 camere da letto a 1 minuto dalla spiaggia che è stato progettato per rilassarsi e distendersi. Posizionato direttamente sul porto di Paignton con una terrazza frontale perfetta per intrattenersi con viste davvero mozzafiato direttamente adiacente al porto. L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato per ospitare comodamente 6 persone e include le ultime tecnologie in TV e intrattenimento multimediale.
Il piccolo porto di lavoro è un luogo caratteristico, tranquillo e meravigliosamente tranquillo con una vera vista della scatola di cioccolatini e Torbay con alcuni caffè e un ottimo punto di partenza per gite in barca o una passeggiata in spiaggia o nel centro città. Il mondo è molto lontano da questo bellissimo angolo incontaminato della spiaggia di Paignton, ma il vero gioiello è Fairy Cove. Una spiaggia isolata, dog friendly, a pochi passi dal pontile orientale. Un must per gli amanti della natura o camminatori di cani.

This was a large and comfortable flat. The ocean and harbour views are excellent and the location is convenient. Paignton is a British family holiday sort of place with the typical amusements (rides, minuture golf, game arcades, casinos, etc.). So for an older couple like us, not too much to do outside of enjoying the huge beaches. However, it makes a great base for exploring Southeast Devon. The large parking space provided helped a lot (The listing says it can accommodate two cars, although I think they'd need to be pretty small. But it was great for the Kia Sportage that Avis rented us).

Apartment is clean, modern and comfortable with spectacular views across the harbour. The location is within walking distance to all the amenities in Paignton and ideally located to visit Brixham and Torquay.
Having been 3 times to this apartment already, we would happily visit here every year, but unfortunately the annual price increases will make us look elsewhere.
There isn’t a lot of space to hang clothes if the apartment is full to capacity.

Property in ideal place with nice view of harbour and sea. Nice beaches and walks with dog.

We enjoyed our stay in Paignton,
The Apartment was lovely but unfortunately we had concerns with cleaning & CCTV ,
Considering they charge £110 for professional cleaners when we arrived the large rug in the lounge was filthy!!
So i immediately think that the last guest paid this amount of money £110 for them to clean prior to the nxt guests arriving! Not Luxury.
Cushions would be nice to sit on rather than hard wooden old furniture outside/ kitchen!! Not Luxury!!
Our other concern is the CCTV on the terrace, this is totally unacceptable and we felt that we were being perved on continuously.
My overall experience was that this apartment all be it nice was overpriced and definitely not Luxury as they advertise.
Fresh Escapes say the cctv has to stay !
But said they would look into my other concerns. We would love to return here but only if the CCTV has been removed.
