Beautiful cosy cottage in a beautiful village. Pub within walking distance serving great food. Village shop across the road and a cafe across the road. Thick stone walls, comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms with loads of storage, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and even outdoor space to sit out, weather permitting. Having the second bathroom was also a luxury, even though there were only two of us. So peaceful yet a perfect location for discovering Somerset, being so close to a main A road. Loved everything about our short stay and would definitely visit again.

Being everso picky and it's just a personal thing; the sofas were too low for me with my dodgy knees!

Lovely house, garden, and village! Very easy to settle in and cook, host friends, enjoy garden. Comfortable and had most things needed for a two-week stay.

Floors and carpet had not been cleaned. I was able to sweep the tile and wood floors with broom I found in utility closet, but no vacuum was provided, so I could not clean carpet. After a 25-hour trip from Taiwan, I was not happy to have to try to clean crumbs, hair, etc, from floors. Utility closet was a mess as well with spilled powder soap, hair, etc. Coffee maker had not been emptied and was coated in mold. I cleaned it and ran water through twice, but we did not use.
