Very good location with the basin opposite which was beautiful at sunset. 5 minutes walk to town centre, but quiet at night. Good facilities in the house. It had very nice sized rooms and a little snug. Kitchen had plenty of equipment. Loved the local pubs within walking distance, we favoured the Hollybush as the Black Star although nice always seemed quiet in the week. Golden Country was a good Chinese, had delivered.

Could do with a small bedside table in single room and mirrors in that bedroom and waste bins in the bedrooms to dispose of makeup remover wipes. Did notice that bathroom blind was a little mouldy at top.

Lovely house, exceptionally clean, lovely & warm. Everything you could want is provided. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked for a month next year!

Great Central location, very clean and quiet area. Well equipped Kitchen. Comfy beds what more could you want.

Postcode for the rear car park would be helpful. Front car parking space was taken all weekend by someone else.

Comfy beds. Beautiful location. My kids loved the animal themed rooms. Spacious rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Booking was super easy. Everyone wanted to come back again!

My husband got his head a couple of times on the beam over the back gate as we arrived in the dark and returned in the dark the next evening. It doesn’t look essential to have it so perhaps it could be removed for the tall customers! The town bell woke us every hour the first night. We got ear plugs for the second.

Really nice house with everything you need, wifi, Netflix, games.

I only marked it down one point as it was a very hot week and it was hotter in the house than outside. Just no way to cool down which meant sleeping was uncomfortable in the heat, other than that a really nice stay.

It was a little difficult to find the 2 rear parking spaces.

Really nice house, well furnished, comfy beds, quality linen & towels. Close to where we wanted to go, & not far from bus stops for arriving & departing. Nice bathrooms, particularly the bath which filled quickly. Really warm heating, & easily controlled. Good sized TVs. Really handy to have a loo downstairs too. Loved the fact that a kid's soft toy & a Christmas tree & decorations were provided, not that we needed those, but I liked that extra touch.

Only small things. A small frying pan & saucepan would have been helpful, as we were only cooking eggs for two. Also egg cups for boiled eggs would have saved a little on washing up as we had to have poached instead, which always makes a mess of a pan. There were no hooks on the bedroom or bathroom doors. I know that people more easily leave things behind with those, but particularly in the bathrooms they would have been helpful as there was nowhere to hang a dressing gown/nightwear. It was difficult to work out the ensuite shower controls from the symbols, & there were no instructions. The shower drain was blocked with previous guests hairs - I pulled out something like the Creature from the Black Lagoon might have left. Not that we particularly wanted to go out to the back yard, but we didn't find the keys for that. That meant there was only one exit.

It was initially a bit confusing finding the back of the property where the key box was located, and it would have helped to mark the parking bay

It would have been nice to have been provided with some basic food stuff, such as sugar and oil.
