The Location was fine & quiet, no seagulls waking you up in the morning like you get in Whitby, The shower is great stayed hot all the time not like some other places we've Stayed in, it has everything you need & a parking space would highly Recommend a stay there.
Nothing really, The dark furniture in the Living room is not to my taste but that's not a criticism that's just my opinion but i would recommend anybody to stay there.

Good location to visit other places in North Yorkshire eg Whitby, Filey, Saltburn, Thornton Le Dale. Private parking was good & had a nice garden to sit in if wanted.
The shower wasn’t the easiest to use, small showerhead was broken. Toaster needed updating, rather small & old.
