Questa fantastica casa sulla spiaggia si trova in un complesso sulla prima linea della spiaggia nella zona di Mijas Costa, tra Marbella e Fuengirola. La casa è stata recentemente rinnovata con standard moderni e di alta qualità. Elegantemente arredato con 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno e 1 WC. Il piano terra è composto da un soggiorno / sala da pranzo a pianta aperta e cucina attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici. Il soggiorno ha porte di accesso a una terrazza privata e ai giardini comuni. La spiaggia è a soli 50 metri dalla casa. Puoi utilizzare una TV con canali francesi, spagnoli e canali di notizie del Regno Unito.
Il piano superiore è composto da 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno e 1 WC. La camera da letto principale è dotata di armadi e porte che si aprono su una terrazza soleggiata con spettacolari viste sul mare. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli. Entrambe le stanze hanno l'aria condizionata. La comunità ha 2 piscine all'aperto (una riscaldata in inverno). Lovely house, beds were comfy and plenty of storage. Really enjoyed our stay. The resort itself is great with everything you need, the grounds are kept clean & tidy, staff are friendly. We will be back.
Large shower head needs replacing as bathroom floods if you use it. Hairdryer needs replacing as it is broken - we brought our own so didn't use it. A few more pillows would be good too. Alerted staff to broken beach chair which was picked up from house but never replaced.

The apartment is located in a resort, quiet surroundings, with direct views of the sea, restaurants, bars, cafes nearby. You can walk to Max Beach and Andys Beach

We had a wonderful time in Dona Lola. The entire resort is immaculate. The beach house was extremely well catered, very clean and nicely decorated and of course the view is something we will never forget. If I was to list cons. 1. AC is on a timed basis which means it has to be turned on at the unit every two hours, however the owner very kindly turned this off in the main bedroom as I need cool air constantly due to illness. 2. The area of Calahonda is beautiful but as it caters for the retired community and younger families we found with two teenagers not a lot to do, hence we ended up hiring a car and doing day trips. 3. The restaurants around the resort and on the boardwalk were amazing again however not that many when you are there for nearly 2 weeks. We as a family love strolling down and having a big choice of restaurants. We loved our stay in Calahonda and the beautiful beach house. For us as a family the area just did not work but no issue with the resort.

Great position on the sea front, needs a little uplift in modernisation, great variety of restaurants and beach bars all in walking distance.
