Vatican Museums and Olympic stadium reachable by feet. Metro Station Lepanto 5 min walking far , Taxi Station far 2 minutes, Bus Stop placed in front of the building. Free WiFi (optic fiber), washing machine and iron. Apartment composed by: living room with 2 single sofa-beds, 2 double rooms with Tv and Sky (international channels), 2 bathrooms in suite with shower, livable terrace, livable kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and Nespresso coffe machine/moka/American coffe machine, blender, pods and blend included. Lively neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and cafès, market near the building and 2 supermarkets in front of it. We can offer you, upon request a private paid garage close to the flat.

The apartment was as shown in the pictures. Very clean & comfortable. We really liked the quiet neighborhood compared to the busy crowded neighborhoods in the tourist atttaction areas. Taxi stand & Metro station just down the street. Restaurants & coffee places very close. Donata was very easy to communicate with.

Donata is an amazing host. Communication was excellent and we really appreciated her meeting us at the door to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The apartment was so adorable and had every thing we needed. It sits in a wonderful neighborhood in Prati and was like coming home each day after exploring the many Roman sites. We will definitely recommend it to friends.

I wanted so much to love this little apartment. We were in contact with the owner throughout the day of our arrival. We gave him an approximate time that we would be there. When we arrived, there was a person there to meet. He was very kind and he showed us the property. He did not, however, put on the air conditioning before we got there, even though he lives in the same complex as the apartment. It was so hot in there that it was hard to breathe. For the life of me, I don’t understand why she didn’t have the air conditioning on hours before our arrival seeing that it was in the mid 90s that day. We stayed in the apartment one night, but the beds were so uncomfortable that we had a hard time sleeping in the apartment was so hot that it wasn’t enjoyable. The sheets had a chemical smell to them. I have never left VRBO before, but we just couldn’t stay there. We left the next day and booked a room at the Marriott. I wrote an email to the owner who said that he agreed that the air conditioning should’ve been on and he was willing to buy mattress toppers, new sheets, and new towels. He also told us that if we gave him a time of arrival, he would make sure that the air-conditioning was on and that the apartment was cool. I did appreciate that, but at that point we had paid for the hotel and could not get our money back. I did not ask for any type of refund and he did not offer a refund. I am upset, though that he didn’t pay me back the tax money for my stay!
