The location is excellent, with most of the main attractions within walking distance. The tram terminus is right downstairs, which is very convenient. Free parking was also a great bonus. The room was a good size for our family of four.
The only downsides were that the living room lighting was a little dim and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. We contacted Sarah, and she kindly arranged for us to use the guest Wi-Fi from the hotel next door.

Location, size and apartment feel was great unfortunately can’t rate the staff since we never met one.
The wifi wasn’t working and some ceiling lights we couldn’t turn on. Also I got bed bug bites. I never had before I got there but when I woke up the first night, I had bites at my back and legs.

We loved the central location, so close to so many attractions (the hop on hop of tram was literally at our front door). We were surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants.
Our studio apartment was a lovely size - we didn’t feel cramped and was it was well equipped.
Would certainly recommend and stay again.

Location was great. Close to restaurants, takeaway, hop on hop off tram.
Unfortunately it was noisy, with traffic noise and construction work. Bed was too hard for our liking.
