Even tho it rained a few days we managed to have a great time. Kids loved the beach being our back yard. View at sunset from master suite was everything!!!

We have stayed at this property many times. The location is perfect with stores and restaurants nearby. The beach access, with no boardwalk between the house and the beach, is hard to find. Parking is easy and never a problem, even with our very large Yukon XL. I highly recommend this property and our family will continue to come back.

Words cannot convey how absolutely amazing this property is we stayed for seven nights eight days and everything was beyond perfect, locationally you're next to restaurants and bars and of course the beach is absolutely ideal. The owners were amazing to work with and the home is cared for in such a way that you feel like you're staying in a home not a rental property, it is beautiful inside and out and we will be back year over year. We had a wonderful stay! The property is in an ideal location and is beautifully maintained. There were lots of chairs, umbrellas, games etc to keep everyone busy. The house had a lot of towels and was supplied with everything we needed to make the stay perfect. Thank you

This was our second time staying at this house and it was just as good as before. Everything was clean and we had everything we could have asked for. So nice to have our own little “private” beach! We will definitely be back again!

I love this property. It is so homey and warm. There is a lot to do for each age range from playing on beach to playing board games, hanging at the house. It's close to rentals also. Cute, quaint sleepy beach town.

Highly recommend this stay. Have told all me friends and family about it. Will book again.

We had a great time at this lovely beach house! The keyless check-in process was seamless. My daughter was the first one to arrive. The welcome basket was much appreciated! We had a group of 7 including me and my husband, our adult daughter and her boyfriend, our teenage daughter and her friend and our 9-year-old son. There was plenty of space for everyone. We loved sitting outside in the sun being protected from the wind by the stonewall. We used the three bicycles twice and rode to the Huntington Beach Pier. My kids took a surf lesson with Surfriders Academy. The lesson location was 3 only minutes away. We did some touristy things in Los Angeles and the commute there sometimes took 2 hours, but we were prepared for LA traffic and wanted to stay at the beach and I'm glad we did! I highly recommend this property!

This was one of my best experiences renting a home through VRBO. So much useful information was given in advance and at the property. Home was beautiful and we were welcomed with a basket of bottled water and snacks. Restaurants within walking distance, privacy and relaxing location cannot be beat. Many activities within a short drive as well. Hope to come back again soon.

This property was perfect for our stay at Sunset Beach. We loved being able to step out the back door to the beach. We loved the hum of the ocean day and night. Home was clean. There were beach towels and toys, boogie boards, corn hole and bicycles for our use. Kitchen had sufficient dishes, pots and pans etc. I didn’t see a griddle which would be a great addition. Well furnished with space to relax and for privacy. Back deck is fantastic! Our vehicle was too big (12 passenger van) for the garage which we knew when we booked. There was plenty of room to park using the street permit in front of the garage. It worked out just right. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

This home was great for our family. we had enough room for us all. I thought I wouldn't like that you couldn't see the beach from the main floor but it was actually nice to have some privacy while outside. The home came with lots of supplies. We even used the bikes she has in the garage. The path out front is great for walking and there is a small park about 5 minutes down the block. Master bedroom is huge and has an amazing view of the ocean and you can watch the sunset from bed. This is about 35 min to Disneyland which is where we headed a couple of the days. 10 min from Huntingdon Beach and 35 min from Newport Beach. We rented a duffy boat and cruised around looking at all the mansions on the canal. Overall a great place and we would stay here again.

Nice furniture (I see you, Tommy Bahama ;) I’m a big fan ) comfortable beds, the layout of the house was cool, the views were the best. We spent so much time hanging out in the master bedroom, because the view is perfect. Everything has been thought of, the beach accessories were a nice touch. Parking was plentiful, and our big Dodge Laramie fit fine parked outside the garage, which we were not sure of. Lots of towels, clean washer and dryer, great kitchen and game room. Master bath is fab, so much storage/closets. Fun to walk out to the water every day, and sunsets are a thing you should plan around. Again, one of the best homes. Don’t hesitate to rent it!

Our family stayed for a week. A beautiful property right on the sand in Sunset Beach. The house is nicely furnished. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs master bedroom with a terrific view of Catalina and amazing winter sunsets.

Perfect spot on the beach - location was wonderful, space was great and the games room was a great feature - especially with all the rain we had :) We would definitely stay here again.
