A lot of parking space on the basement
No cooking appliances

Just because location near to Pasar Malam
Room is not as expected and quite expensive for the condition, better to check in at Zetter Suite

The room was not yet really prepared upon me entering. The floor still wet, i think it was not mopped properly and the sink pipe is leaking.

Room size and all facilities in very good condition. Very comfortable. My kids love it so much. ❤

The cleanliness, environment, spacious
The toilet light keeps blinking, not functioning well as when turn it on got sounds and blinking. Other than that got one plug in the room broken make it dangerous if touched or got blackout. Last but not least, should put a carpet as the cold floor not suitable for kids to walk around with cold feet. Fortunate there is provided slipper for adults. Anyway thanks and hope for a better improvement !

Poor feedback for water heater.. More than one hour still no technician come to repair

Nothing much to mention, only the unit is clean.
The bed is too soft until in sunk, sofa is too hard sit till backache. The air is full of cooking smell due to the unit is above the restaurant. The restaurant clean their kitchen utensils in middle of the night, really annoying. Overall doesn't worth the value.

There is had a foul smell in toilet and there was no rack to put toiletries.
1 plug in room cant use.
Iron was not functioning.

We had 4 people staying in the family room with one bed. The photos should 2 beds. Sleeping on the floor is not ok. The smell is the room was not ok.
The bed sheets and pillow cases were so dirty. We used our own that we bought with us.
