Het was een mooi verzorgd appartement proper en netjes alles was er wat je nodig had badkamer was ook top echt netjes en zeer goede douche alles was top op wandelafstand van het centrum als je langs het water gaat ben je er direct zeer gemakkelijk met supermarkt onder appartement

de goederen treinen maakte wel lawaai als je de twee chuifdeuren dicht deed en rolluik was het goed , maar wij lieten s'nachts de schuifdeuren iets open anders te warm . Na een paar keer werd je het wel gewoon vrienden van ons lagen in het centrum en die hadden nog veel meer lawaai van uitgaande jongeren tot 3 uur s,nachts dat was bij ons niet Ik zou het zeker terug boeken

this is a modern fairly new condo, grocery store next to building. short walk to river and center of town

check in procedure, no one there to meet you, no one to show how everything worked (had poblems operating stove, which we never resolved) we had phone problems and did not get check in codes, lucklily I was able to call owner and get codes, if he had not picked up there was no way for us to get in. This is similar to airbnb and vrbo properties. I will never book any propety again if someone is not there to meet us.

Very good location, near the centre. The house has all commodities and it's very well equipped. The owner is very helpful and available. Highly recommended!

A T.V in the bedroom

beautiful apartment slightly out of town but easy enough to to walk to the main areas. very comfortable and clean beautifully decorated

Very fancy apartment in an excellent location, just out of the centre. However it is right next to the train track and therefore very noisy. Supermarket located next door.

Didn't realise it was right next to the railway track and just down from the station. So you could here the announcements and the noisy trains!!!☹

We spent two nights in a beautifully decorated apartment that was spotlessly clean. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pedro is a very helpful and attentive host that made our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment if you're visiting Aveiro - it is a perfect place to stay!
