Blue Horizon Lorne è una casa vacanza moderna e spaziosa con tre camere da letto recentemente rinnovata. Incorporando il meglio della vita moderna con viste panoramiche sulla Great Ocean Road che la rendono una casa al mare di prima classe.
Al piano superiore è composta da una spaziosa cucina a pianta aperta, sala da pranzo e salotto in streaming con luce naturale, con vista sull'oceano circondato dalla bellezza naturale dei boschi. I soffitti della cattedrale e le enormi porte di vetro sul ponte di legno nella zona giorno principale offrono l'esperienza di vivere in cima agli alberi con vista sull'oceano tranquilla. Al piano superiore vanta anche una spaziosa camera da letto principale con cabina armadio, accesso al ponte privato e vista sull'oceano. Dispone anche di un ampio bagno completo con vasca idromassaggio.
Al piano inferiore due camere da letto, un bagno, servizi igienici, lavanderia e una seconda zona soggiorno con TV che offre uno spazio separato per rilassarsi, o perfetto per i bambini per rilassarsi.
Perfettamente configurato per le famiglie Blue Horizon è una casa rilassante lontano da casa per un massimo di 6 persone.

We stayed at Blue Horizon for 2 nights with another couple. The check in was great as they left a key at the house and we didn’t have to get to the office by 4:30. The first challenge was driving up a steep, gravel driveway. 3 of us got out to lighten the weight and that helped. Suggest that if you have front wheel drive, you BACK up the driveway and that worked a treat! The house itself is well appointed and matches the pictures.
One of the main reasons I booked this house was for the wild life sightings as our guests are from the US and first time in Australia. Boy did we get the birds! The first visitors were a couple of parrots, followed by a very inquisitive kookaburra. Then a few cockatoos and even a roo across the street. We were delighted to watch them sitting on the railing.
Our overall stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Please be aware you have to book the linen. We bought sheets and towels at Spotlight the night before as I didn’t realise this point in the booking until the night before we were to arrive.
I would recommend and book again in the future!

The house was lovely, great set up for one or two families with the bedrooms and TV room downstairs. We had a few rainy days and the house is bright and airy enough that we were still happy to be in the house playing board games with the kids from the stack of games in the closet. And the fireplace with wood provided was gorgeous.
The only issue we had was communication with the management company. When I made the booking, I immediately sent a message asking for early check in, but didn’t get any response. I called them twice and spoke with what sounded like an off-shore customer service rep who wasn’t able to answer my questions and said I would receive a call back about early check in. I didn’t receive a call back, so I called back again, and the same thing happened. I never received a call back.
Also, the check in time of 3pm and check out time of 10am is misleading, because what it actually means is that you can’t pick up the keys to the house at the office in Lorne until 3pm, and need to return the keys to the office by 10am. This is not made clear in the listing.
Overall, the house was in great shape, lovely space, but we were frustrated to not have better service from the company.

It was so beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. the kitchen and bathrooms were amazing and pretty clean.
