Best place we have stayed at in Myrtle Beach for the price value. Its clean and comfortable and quiet. Lots of older residents in the area with a few other condos in the property being rented out to other vacationers; so you get a variety of people. Lots of things to do in property, basketball, fishing off the pier, tennis, putting green, pool, and many more. Don was very easy to talk to over text and I'm sure if i was to have called them, they would have been just as nice in person. Very reasonable pricing for an awesome little spot! Thank you, and we will be back if they'll allow us. 🙏

The condo location was what we were looking for, area, lst floor, view of ICW. We were told there was a couple who had marital problems & the police on one occasion had to be called. I responded that would not bother us. What he failed to mention is they lived right next door & they almost daily had the ambulance,fire dept & police. there. they were hoarders and the smell from condo and the cigarette smoke seeped through the walls and at night it was impossible to breathe in our condo. I had to buy an air purifier. my husband and I both had sinus problems from the pollution. We were limited to using our deck due to the smell coming from their condo. When I reported all of this to the owner his comment was I am glad they're getting help. The lady, Robin, stole on several occasions the front door mat and i retreived it. The police, ambulance were there and wanted us to file charges She stole our door decoration and the 2nd time she broke it. She would open our storm door which the lock was broke and I told the owner about it. We called the police in Jan. to her because she kept knocking on our door and trying to get in. We told her repeatedly to go away. She would wait for me to come out and ask me to take her to the store or call her an ambulance. She was filthy, smelled of urine and body excrement. She drooled all over everything she touched and would shake and say she couldn't stand up. I have pictures and copies of the emails sent to the owner using his email.

The condo has a very nice, quiet setting on the Intracoastal waterway. The unit was just as advertised and perfect for a couple. It was clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive in any communication I had with him and clearly wanted to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

I stayed for a week in august and having a pool was perfect. I believe it was a salt water pool and hot tub. Any issues or questions, the owner was right in top of it. Lovely scenery to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Very close to local restaurants like tavern in the forest and the sneaky beagle which have amazing food.

Very roomy 2 bedroom property. Great location. Close to everything. We enjoyed the screened in porch and watching the boats go by. Pool was close by and big. We enjoyed our stay! (Wish we could have stayed longer!)

My family had a great relaxing time at the condo. It was nicely updated and really enjoyed the screened porch. You can sit and watch the boats on the intracoastal waterway. Very convenient location to all the restaurants and attractions that we like to visit.
Don was great with communication and was always quick to respond.
I would definitely recommend renting this condo from Don.

This condo had it all. Tennis rackets, noodles for the pool, beach towels and plenty of board games. The view from the screened in back porch was great. It is only a short distance to the beach!

An amazing week
We couldn't have found an more reasonable property for the week we stayed. Clean, neat, location to everything we were looking for from golf, bowling, shopping, and entertainment.
Had a storm and power outage and cable company was wonderful to help us get everything up and running again.
We will book again and recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay and great price.

The condo was lovely! Very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. We had a great view of the waterway and pool was close by. The hot tub was clean and put to good use. Don was great to deal with and we would highly recommend this condo.

Excellent Property to Rent!
When I arrived at the property I was thrilled and astonished with the way the condo was impeccably decorated. Everything I needed was there. TVs in every room. The second room has two single beds the master bedroom has a large king size bed and a master bath . Kitchen is fully stocked with plates silverware glasses pots and pans, whatever you need to cook. There is a washer and dryer also. Condo is on the first floor and my parking was just 20 feet away so it was very easy to unload everything. There is a walkway that goes around the entire community which is on the grounds of a golf course. There are also two beautiful waterfalls in the middle of all of the condo buildings. One of them has a bridge with a gazebo to sit out at night and just enjoy the view of the sky and the property and just relax. I would highly recommend this property as a rental. Thank you Don!

Everything needed to enjoy your vacation is available in this condo. It is well supplied with dishes, linens and appliances. The screened in porch was my favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee. Don was very responsive when I texted. Highly recommend!

This condo is steps away from the Intracoastal Waterway in a gated complex, with both indoor and outdoor pools. Outdoor pool has too many lounge chairs and tables to count so there was never an issue with seating. Both pools also stay open until 11 pm which is perfect for that late night swim. Kitchen is fully stocked and the refrigerator has an ice maker that works like a champ. Master bed was very comfortable. Our teen daughters shared the other bedroom and both said their beds were also comfy. Don the owner is very good with arrival instructions and also checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was going well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We loved the pool and the intercoastal waterway way awesome!!! Loved watching all the boats, jet skies and people having fun. Broadway at the beach and so many other attractions are very close. If you are looking for a place to party and get wild, This place isn’t for you. If you are looking for a laid back quite time and enjoying family time then this place is a must. We will be staying at this place for years to come.

We were close enough to all the MB attractions we wanted to visit for convenience, but far enough away to be able to relax. The condo is just minutes from Boardwalk at the Beach, shopping, the beach, and the slew of activities and eateries MB has to offer. Our family was over the moon with the stay! Oh, and once you’re ready to relax for the evening there’s the Intracoastal Waterway directly behind the condo, visible from both living room and screened porch. We loved watching all kinds of sea craft cruising by!

Our family traveled to Myrtle Beach for our son to attend the Ripken Experience. I first looked at places closer to the beach, however since we live on the gulf coast of Florida I decided being closer to the fields would be best. Thank goodness because the families that chose the beach were very disappointed. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean, stocked with everything we needed and Don was always available. The view of the intracoastal was beautiful and it was nice being just steps away from the pool. Also, being that it was a gated community we felt safe. I would recommend this place 100%! Thanks, Don!
