Very clean and tidy home.
Very peaceful by the pool over looking a wooded area, friendly visits from a little raccoon now and again.
Caroline is a helpful hostess. Thank you very much

This was a lovey, nicely furnished, well maintained home. There is plenty of space and seating areas. Very comfortable lanai furniture. The host was wonderful at communicating throughout the rental process. A few small situations that needed attention from maintenance was taken care of quickly. We were so pleased with the accommodations; we are booking again for next year.

This property was the perfect size for our group of 10; Two grandparents, two adult kids and spouses and 4 grandchildren.
The house was so well equipped, spacious with a beautiful pool area. We played games in the evening and also enjoyed the darts, pool table and air hockey. All in all, we had a very memorable family vacation and did lots of activities. I highly recommend this home and hostess and would definitely stay again!

Our stay at Caroline's villa was wonderful, gracious and will definitely stay here again. Upon arrival I was amazed on how beautiful this home is and the amount of space it has. We had a group of 9, of all ages from infants to adults, and this home was equipped with our needs. From a havjng a high chair, play pen, game room and most importantly the pool (which my kids in enjoyed the basketball hoop). Kitchen is fully supplied with dinnerware. After a long day at the parks, sleeping will not be an issue lol, the beds are cozy and comfortable. I could keep going but overall this is villa is a HOME AWAY FROM HOME and you will not be disappointed. Aside from the home, I want to give a big thanks to Caroline, she is very attentive and very pleased with the communication she had with me.
