This property is in a great location and accessible to many conveniences and amenities. The home is clean, nicely decorated and has everything you could need, including a kitchen and laundry room. The owner Bill and property manager Gary were both responsive and easy to communicate with. Gary is very friendly. We will definitely plan future stays when we are in the area to visit our daughter who attends CSU San Marcos.

Peaceful, open, breezy, and cute as a beachy button. It's the perfect place for a quiet week away with good views and a peaceful atmosphere. It was a perfect place to come back to decompress and to start a hectic day while prepping for a wedding. Kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with equipment and there were plenty of windows and porches to catch the sea breeze. In short, beautiful.

Enjoyed a few days away from the cold at this property. Was able to just stay in the property and cook and play games. Drove to Tamarack beach for sunsets. Loved how the kitchen was full for us to use, was able to go to Cardiff Seaside Market to buy a NYE meat and roast it. Overall lovely stay and hope to be coming back!

My husband and I spent 5 months in this lovely 1 bedroom apt. I thought it would be more challenging having to go from a big home to a 1 bedroom. This little apartment has more room than you think.....plenty of storage space for all the (unnecessary) stuff I brought!! FULLY stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING I needed for cooking/baking. They even supply PLENTY of paper products, saran, baggies and alot of diff spices, scotch tape and scissors....they really put alot of thought into this apartment. This unit is tastefully done and the owners and manager are just wonderful to say the least. We had no major issues, and if we needed anything....they were super quick to respond. We have family in Vista and the location was PERFECT for us. We would definitely recommend this property.
