Would definitely visit again. A perfect hotel to stay... Foodies heaven , delightful meals!!! A 4 star property serving 5star standards. Very helpful staff.. Travel desk superb great help to visit places around.

Good evening, I would to like share my experience location of the property very worst clean in the room and bedroom door not locked,hot water not came,food very worst.My tour experience very worst travel in the place for the munnar.

This property staffs was very polite but food and room bedroom door not lock and hot water not came, Tv not recharging not worth able for too much money expenses for the travel for the this place.

Facilities should be improved. Basic TV channels are not active.

The views from and around the property was AMAZING!!! The owner and all the staff was very attentive and kind. I would rate customer service a 10/10. Everyone was really friendly which was nice for me as I was travelling alone. The hotel also arranged a jeep trip out to see the local area. The food at the hotel was also delicious!

Overall my experience at the property was really good the only thing that would have completed it would have been if I was able to go on the elephant tour. I think once the property has all the activities advertised up and running this will be an excellent getaway spot. The property is also far out though, so if your wanting to explore alone or shops ect it’s nor really possible as nothing is near by. But if you are wanting a break in the mountains (which I did) it’s great for a couple of days
