Questa deliziosa e tranquilla villa ha il suo giardino privato esposto a sud con piscina che è sia solare che elettrica e non è trascurata dai vicini. Ci sono comodi lettini intorno alla piscina, perfetti per le giornate pigre! C'è anche una terrazza superiore con grande tavolo da pranzo esterno e sedie, ideale per cenare all'aperto e tutti gli appassionati chef possono girare la mano al barbecue in stile canario. Per vostra comodità, c'è un bagno con doccia a bordo piscina.
La villa si trova in una buona posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più vicina che si chiama Playa Flamingo, con ristoranti, bar e supermercati. A soli 10 minuti dal centro di Playa Blanca, troverai una vasta selezione di ristoranti, bar e negozi da visitare. Il noleggio auto non è essenziale in quanto la villa è vicina alla città, ma è anche disponibile un servizio di autobus locale. Culle e seggioloni possono essere noleggiati.

The villa was a delight and perfect for us as a family of four. We visited in early April and it was great to have the heated pool, which we could use in all weather. Location is great in close walking distance to Playa Flamingo and further on to Playa Blanca and around 30-40 minutes walk to Rubicon Marina.We would definitely recommend the villa, which was good value, exactly as listed and with great host who was helpful and accommodating both prior to and during our stay.Super family holiday, thank you.

Had a very relaxing week here. Villa is very well equipped for a home from home stay. Pool area catches the sun all day and is surrounded by a well kept and tidy garden. Pool heating wasn’t working ( not that we noticed) but was fixed quickly. The owner was proactive in keeping us informed on the engineers attendance. The TV is via the internet and the internet is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it works fine, other times it freezes and neither TV not internet are useable. We restarted etc and tried the reset procedure, but without much success.
Villa was very clean, beds comfortable, shower in en suite very good- we only used 1 bedroom as just the 2 of us.
Location is as described so a bit of a walk to the beach, shops or town, but nothing excessive if you’re expecting it.
One of the few places we’re likely to return to.

Good but some small things could improve it massively, such as a welcome back that included more than a bottle of water, and pool towels. Wifi and TV were good and appreciated to get the kids out of the sun for a bit

The villa and pool were kept very clean and tidy. Cleaning staff and pool man came at regular intervals and did an excellent job. The garden was a pleasant relaxing space. However, to say that the Villa is not overlooked by the neighbours, is incorrect as the garden wall separating the semi-detached villas is only approximately 1.35m high and 4m long, so the neighbours garden is clearly visible, as is this garden! Also the six sunbeds all need replacing, as they all have been repaired with cable ties and white gaffer tape.
The kitchen hasn't enough work surfaces, how six people would manage, I don’t know and the extractor fan has been removed (cable still visible). The family shower room basin unit has water damage. In my opinion the villa needs general updating to make it worth the money you are currently charging.
