Stayed in this villa in August and it did not disappoint. It was ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The villa was as described, clean and tidy in a quiet location. The pool was great with a lovely outside area where we spent most of our time. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance but we often took advantage of the public electric scooters which were great fun and easy to use. We visited the nearby aquapark and beaches of playa blanca where we enjoyed snorkeling. We arranged a private transfer to and from the airport which was spot on time. We contacted the villa company via email with a question during our stay and received a prompt reply. Excellent holiday villa which we would highly recommend.

The property was as described just few mins walk from the beach with nice bars and restaurants and 15-20 mins walk from the larger playa Blanca area with a much bigger selection. Rental was well organised and excellent communication, no problems at all.

Property and location was excellent, pool was great especially the steps and long rails to enter the pool. We had an elder member who struggles with steps and they found it easy to enter and exit the pool. Would definitely book again.

Would definitely return to the Villa, a stones throw from the water park if you have young kids and within reach of a lot of decent restaurants and Playa Flamingo beach.

The villa is lovely especially the pool area, could do with clearer walking directions to Playa Flamingo we went the wrong way 🤣

The villa is set back, away from all the hustle and bustle of every day life, but, close enough to dip in and out of restaurants and shops when needed. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals and pleasant to mill around at your leisure. The terrace is fab for relaxing and eating meals, the pool is an absolute gem and well maintained. The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The other two bedrooms are more basic and would advise that the beds are more suited to younger persons and not suitable for pushing together. Area feels safe and the villa’s security system is excellent and very reassuring. We had a wonderful holiday. Thank you.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und alles har sehr gut geklappt. Pool war natürlich genial mit zwei Kinder. Wir hatten die ganze Woche ein Auto also haben wir die Lage auch toll gefunden. Danke für alles, wir haben unser Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We've just had an incredible two weeks at the villa. It exceeded our expectations. Beautiful house, excellent location (just a short walk to bars, restaurants and the beach) and immaculate pool which the kids were never out of. We definitely want to return in the future! Special thanks to the owners/villa management for their excellent communication and being so accommodating.

The villa was superbly located 10 mins walk from Playa Flamingo, where there is a man made cove and beach that's a perfect sheltered spot. The villa had everything we needed and we made good use of the sheltered dining area, BBQ and pool. Just would have liked some extra bin liners and a bit of washing up liquid and sponge.

Great villa in great location. All amenities were as described and the villa was spotless. Welcome pack was a nice touch. The management company was professional in every aspect. Would highly recommend.

Vi summerar det som ett mycket bra boende. Framförallt utemiljön med en stor terass, bra grill samt en härligt uppvärmd pool. Innemiljön var också bra och det som behövdes fanns. Hade jag haft det själv för uthyrning skulle jag lagt lite mer energi på mysfaktorn där inne såsom ljuslyktor, tavlor/bilder, etc.

My wife and I and are two daughters stayed for the first week in June. The villa is everything that we needed. The pool is a great size. The outdoor space is fantastic with the dining area clear of the pool, which is a plus if you have young kids. It’s approx a 20 minute walk to the nearest decent supermarket so handy that we had a car. Flamingo beach is approx 15 minute walk. David and his team were great to deal with, communication excellent.

Villa is in a great location just over 10mins walk to Playa Flamingo. Lovely pool and surrounding garden area and a great covered area for eating outside. Kitchen could do with a touch of investment though, lacking work surface space.

The villa was clean, well equipped, with a lovely swimming pool,[n a very convenient place,just a short walk from Playa Blanca.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The only thing that concerned us was that on the Monday of the week we were leaving,we returned to the villa to find the washing machine wasn't working.On inspection it had been unplugged,we plugged it in again but it wouldn't work.It alarmed us somewhat that someone had been in the house without our knowledge without any explanation.On contacting the letting agency we were informed that the machine had been condemned and that a replacement would be installed within 2 days,it eventually arrived on the Friday which meant we were without washing facilities for 5 days.However we still enjoyed our stay.

This was our first Villa and we can say that we found it better than expected. The pool was great and the amount of space was fantastic. I would have given it 5 stars but the wifi kept dropping out and the dishwasher has seen better days, other than that great place is a great location.

We stayed at this Villa for two weeks in early November 2015 and would recommend it for families and disabled persons. We were three adults and a 3 year old. The Villa is a bit dated and with a little money spent on new furnishings (particularly in the living area) could be absolutely top class but it's certainly acceptable as it is. The pool was used everyday - we paid for the extra heating which took a day or two to get up to temp but was great (by the way check it is on the correct temperature and cycle for you as we checked on the second day after we noticed it was only on half the day to discover the temperature was low). There are inflatables in the outhouse which were much appreciated by the toddler! The trees in the garden provide valuable shade and the veranda is lovely too. The villa was clean although the cupboards and third bedroom smelled a little musty. I'm guessing it hasn't been used much recently! There was always plenty of hot water and all appliances worked satisfactorily. The TV wasn't tuned to the English channels when we arrived which was annoying as we wanted to watch the rugby world final and then had to explain to the toddler why he couldn't watch cbeebies for two days, thank god for the internet! We would have liked to have eaten outside in the evenings but were getting eaten alive by mozzies so ate inside when at home but as we ate out most nights this was more of an irritation. The beach at Playa Flamingo is about 10minutes walk and it's probably about 15minutes into town however we drove everywhere as my husband was recovering from a knee op. I'd definitely recommend having a car although you may not like the driveway - it's very narrow and I was paranoid about scratching the sides of the car but you can always park up the other end instead of down by the front door. The villa is in a quiet residential area and there is a water park about 100yrds away so you do get the odd waft of cheesey music but that didn't bother us. All in all a nice place with everything a family would need, I'd go again!

Let me start on a positive: We were interested in another villa which wasn't available and were offered this one instead & given a 'last minute' discount. However If we had paid full whack, I think we would have been very disappointed. The kitchen is pretty well equipped but the dishwasher doesn't work very well. The garden is pretty, the pool a good size although we paid 50 euro to have the pool heated, it never really felt 'warm' and it took about 2 days to heat up just slightly. On arrival, we entered the villa and into the kitchen to be greeted by a Mobility scooter & a cupboard full of zimmer frames. Now, that's great they provide for disabled /elderly guests, but we are not (we weren't asked if we needed these things) and to have a mobility scooter parked up IN the kitchen was a little off putting. We were provided with 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. These were not refreshed / replaced in the week we were there. Nor were the sheets changed. We were also only provided with 1 tiny bottle of shower gel and 1 tiny bottle of lotion. No shampoo but 4 Left over old bottles of sun cream. Gross! The bath mats were very worn and the tiles in the en-suite were very cracked and tired. However the water pressure is fab! There was a rusty tired looking chair in the main shower room, I presume for people with disabilities to sit in the shower. We worked out it's cheaper to hire a car than use the 'courier service' offered by the agents. It would have been 50 euro to the villa & 50 back, more than a taxi. To rent a car for the week was only 70 euro and fuel is cheap. So if you don't mind driving and can all fit in a car, I wholly suggest you take this option! For a 'decent' supermarket, you will also be grateful (the nearest Spar is about a 30 min walk). The local supermarkets are really not great and don't sell fresh produce. You'll want to get that ace BBQ going! The villa is about a 10 min walk to the Playa, there's a few restaurants. Don't bother ordering any food in the big wooden restaurant at the end (can't remember the name) it's dire... as are the 'smoothies'. The beach is small but clean. There's a water park very close by which plays 80's and 90's chart music all day long, which is well audible from the villa. I personally didn't mind too much but if you're looking for a peaceful retreat, it's worth taking into consideration! All in all a mixed bag. A bit tired, interesting 'additions' and not worth what they're charging!

My family of 4 had a very comfortable week here. VIlla in good location with great patio and pool for sunning and refreshing ourselves. Villa well equipped inside and out. Good beach about 10 minutes walk away and centre of town within 20-30 minutes. Did not have a car, did not need one. Bus stop close by.

Clean, well equipped villa with a lovely pool and terrace. No need for a car hire as there were restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The main area of Playa Blanca is within about 20 minutes walk but there is an excellent bus service with the bus stop just round the corner from the villa. The service from the agents was excellent from start to finish, they even arranged our airport transfers. Playa Blanca itself has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

The villa was beautiful and very well equipped. Our family (mum,dad and 2 teenagers) had a fantastic week here. The location was good and we did not need to hire a car for the week; thanks also to the great service of the agent who ferried us back and to the airport. Highly Recommended. 11/11/09
