We stayed here for a family holiday, 3 generations, and our first impression was "wow" - to quote my (adult) children "the web site and pictures do not do it justice.
The owners Veronique and Alain could not do enough to make us feel welcome and help us. They provide a fantastic information pack with everything you need to know, and respond immediately to any questions both before and during the holiday.
The pool area is perfect for a hot August, and it's stepped layout at one end meant that our two two-year old grandsons could stand and wander around safely (with arm bands).
I think we used all the facilities, from the bikes to cycle to the shops, the child's buggy, sun umbrella, table tennis, Petanque (boules), swings etc.
You can walk to the beach (if you are looking on google maps there is a tunnel under the railway line), but if you want a sandy beach then it's an 10 min drive.
The town is also walk-able - we walked to the Sunday market, and actually easier as parking in August is "fun". and there is a Lidl with car park just 2 mins by car.
Did we love our stay there - YES
Would we go back - YES
Would we recommend both the house and hosts - YES!

Nice, friendly hosts. A very nice, well-furnished house, pleasant temperatures, a well-maintained pool, all shopping facilities nearby and larger markets within 20min driving distance. We were there with children and everyone enjoyed it very much. We would love to come back!

This is a well equipped and luxurious holiday home in southern France with a great, and exceptionally clean and well cared for pool. Two of our grandchildren learnt to swim during our stay. It is easy to get to from Marseille airport and gives you easy access to some very interesting towns. Our order of preference would be, Arles, Aiges-Mortes, Aix-en-Provence and Avignon. There is also a great water park an hour away at St. Cyr. The best beaches are at Carro.

Traumhafte Pfingstferien in Sausset-les-Pins
Véronique und Alain sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Kommunikation via Telefon, Email oder SMS läuft super easy und schnell. Egal welche Frage wir hatten (Reifenpanne, Restaurantempfehlung oder Pool) wurde sehr schnell und zuverlässig erledigt.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist top, alles neu und in einwandfreiem Zustand.
Die Größe des Hauses, des Pools, der beiden Terrassen und die Ausstattung der Innen- und Aussenküche war sehr großzügig für unsere Gruppe bestehend aus 6 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern (7-14 Jahre).
Einziges "Manko": es gibt nur 3 Toiletten im ganzen Haus (2 der 5 Bäder besitze keine Toilette) und das Zimmer mit der großen Schlafcouch ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Somit sind 6 vollwertige Schlafzimmer und zusätzlich ein Durchgangszimmer mit Schlafcouch & Kleiderschrank vorhanden.

Perfekte Location
Für unsere Großfamilie (8 Erwachsene, 8 Kinder von 1 - 13 Jahre + Hund) war das Haus von Veronique und Alain nahezu perfekt. Nie zuvor hatten wir in unseren gemeinsamen Urlauben eine derart üppige Küchenausstattung, es mangelte an nichts. Auch die zur Verfügung stehenden Pool Spielsachen (inkl. Schwimmflügel) funktionierten tatsächlich und waren nicht nur beschädigte Hinterlassenschaften anderer Gäste. Ebenso waren die Boule Bahn inkl. Kugeln und die Tischtennisplatte inkl. Schläger und Bällen in einwandfreiem Zustand.
Veronique und Alain sind die perfekten Gastgeber, vielen Dank an euch beide!

Fabulous birthday suprise
Fantastic stay at a perfect accommodation. Veronique and Alaine were lovely hosts who went the extra mile, to make our stay extra special. The villa feels so homely and we loved the pool and the cave. It was very comfortable for the 10 of us all adults. Would definitely book again if we are in the area.

Maison magnifique pour un séjour en famille
La villa de Véronique et Alain est fantastique, très bien équippée et en très bon état. Elle correspond à la descriptio du site et est suffisamment spacieuse pour ne pas se marcher dessus. Nous y avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille à 13.
La piscine était spécialement appréciée par les enfants, même par les tout petits qui se regalaient sur la première marche.
Véronique et Alain sont des hôtes très sympatiques, répondent immédiatement à toutes les question et se rendent disponibles si on a besoin.
La vue de la terrasse estun rêve, sûrtout au coucher du soleil.
Un grand MERCI à Véronique et Alain pour notre séjour inoubliable.

Noch schöner als die Bilder
Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist noch viel schöner, als die Bilder erahnen lassen. Es fehlt an rein gar nichts, alles ist tip top und super sauber. Veronique und Alain sind bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und helfen sofort weiter. In einem Wort "PERFEKT". Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen

Traumhafte Lage
Wir waren als Familie mit 14 Personen in dem Haus. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Bilder geben einen zutreffenden Eindruck wieder. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Séjour début Juillet 2021
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (15j) dans cette splendide maison. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli, ils sont très disponibles et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. L’endroit est calme et la maison fidèle au descriptif, super bien achalandé.

Superschöne Villa
Wir haben 2 Wochen mit unserer Familie in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, wir haben es vor Ort noch schöner und beeindruckender angetroffen.
Alles ist sehr sauber und selten haben wir eine so gut ausgestattete Küche angetroffen. Die Zimmer sind gross und jedes ist äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet sowie das ganze Haus. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Oft wird ja versprochen, dass ein geheizter Pool vorhanden sei, vor Ort stellt sich dann jedoch heraus, dass dies nicht so ist. Hier konnten wir jedoch den geheizten Pool (ca. 30° im Oktober!) jeden Tag geniessen.
Véronique und Alain sind perfekte Gastgeber. Sie standen uns immer für Fragen zur Verfügung und gaben uns auch tolle Tipps. Merci beaucoup Véronique et Alain.
Wir können dieses Haus mit voller Überzeugung zu 100% empfehlen. Selten war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis so gut wie hier.

Parfait au delà de nos attentes
Propriété très agréable. Chambres très confortables. Maison très bien équipée. Cuisine d’été près de la piscine est un vrai plus. Véronique et Alain sont des hôtes très disponibles et discrets et maintiennent la maison en parfait état. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Superbe maison
La maison correspond aux photos et à la description des propriétaires. La maison est très agréable et suffisamment spacieuse pour ne pas se marcher dessus.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et se rendent disponible dès que l'on a besoin.
Le fait d'avoir les lits faits, le linge de maison et le ménage compris est un véritable confort.
Nous y étions la semaine de nouvel an, nous avons eu un temps magnifique nous permettant de manger sur la terrasse et de faire un piquenique sur la plage...Le terrain permet aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité .
Seul petit souci, c'est la connexion wifi qui ne passe pas à l'étage, du fait de la distance...Rien de bien grave, mais à prendre en compte lorsque l'on a des ados addicts....

A great week in october
The house was lovely, and Veronica and Alain were excellent hosts, keeping us updated with the erratic weather, and gave great advice on places to go. The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed biking and boules. Just a short cycle for fresh bread and croissants in the morning and lots of restaurants to choose from in the evening. The house had everything we needed, and would love to go back when we could enjoy more dining al fresco in the evening - we managed to once and the situation of the house at the top of the hill looking over the sea was fantastic.

Allerschönster Urlaub in eine traumhaften Villa
Ich kann nur jedem diese Villa wärmstens ans Herz legen. Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was dieses luxuriöse Haus nicht hat. Wir haben die Tage und Abende auf den vielfachen Terrassen rund ums Haus und den Pool sehr genossen. Die Außenküche mit Grill hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ortskern mit Bäcker und Supermarkt sowie der kleine Hafen sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Und Veronique und Alain sind absolut perfekte Gastgeber. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder in dieses tolle Haus. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wunderschöne Woche in top ausgestatteter Villa
Wir haben mit 15 Personen (8 Erwachsene 7 Kinder) eine herrliche Woche dort verbracht. Die Villa speziell auch die Küche ist komfortabel und mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Man sollte wissen, es gibt vier Bäder mit gesamt 3 Toiletten im Haus. Ein Doppel-Schlafzimmer ist durch das Wohn/Spielzimmer zu begehen, was in unserer Konstellation sehr gut gepasst hat, Der Pool ist herrlich warm und die Aussenküche perfekt.
Die Lage ist ruhig aber zentral im Wohngebiet, Lidl und ein sehr guter Bäcker und Metzger ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. authentische Gegend mit wenig (ausländischen) Touristen - wunderschön!

La vue est magnifique depuis les terrasses.

Location de rêve
Vacances août 2019,
Nous avons passez un très beau séjour en famille, la maison est très bien située, au calme et en même temps la vue sur la mer est magnifique.
La piscine est vraiment super avec la première marche qui fait comme une plate forme, idéal pour des tout petits.. Une cuisine extérieure, frigo plancha, lave vaisselle, extra.
Les matelas sont de très bonne qualité,
Et les propriétaires Véronique et Alain très gentil et à notre écoute, nous ont tout de suite mis à l'aise
Encore un grand merci à Véronique et Alain pour cette location de rêve.

Absolutely stunning!!!
Our stay with Veronique and Alain was just fantastic. They accommodated 10 adults and three babies to the best they possibly could supplying all cots, high chairs and even teapots!!! Veronique was so welcoming and very accommodating and helpful during the week. Whilst Sausset les pins does not have that much to offer surrounding beaches and villages are great for a scenic drive. Marseille airport is only 30 mins drive so really accessible. Absolutely loved laying by the pool staring at the sea! The most beautiful view and very very warm!!! Only criticism I could mention would be that towels were a little small and pillows may need updating. Beds very very comfortable and air con in the villa was fabulous!

Modern, well planned house with everything you might need. Brilliant part of France.
Accommodated 11 adults plus a baby easily. Very clean and well cared for. Cooking facilities excellent. Supermarket
and good shops within walking distance. Stunning beaches. Should have brought more snorkles. Pool was perfect for our needs. Outdoor eating could not have been better. Watch the geckos come out at night. Easy to get train to Marseilles. Large, comfortable beds. Veronique very communicative. Alain and Veronique are very helpful and accomodating.

Stunning villa in great location
We booked this property for a family holiday comprising four generations. Everyone loved the villa. The decor is modern and clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
The salt water swimming pool was much enjoyed by all of us, we preferred the salt water to the normal chlorine! The outside is very well furnished with 2 dining areas and lots of sunloungers.
We used the fantastic outdoor kitchen with its plancha and fridge most nights. The pool area has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.
Veronique and Alain were very helpful and welcoming on our arrival.
We would highly recommend this villa.

Idyllic place to enjoy a week of sunshine in October before facing British winter!
The property was simply beautiful - very clean, very well equipped and housed 13 of us with space to spare. Veronique was there with a big welcome on our arrival, showing us round and explaining how everything worked etc.
You only need to provide your own swimming towels - all other linen is provided. Bags of hot water in bath and shower rooms and a lovely swimming pool which kept the children happy for hours. We loved being there and would love to return some time!

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A lovely, big, stylish home that was very well equipped with careful consideration for everything guests may need during their stay.
The pool was stunning and the wide, yet shallow step down into the water provided the perfect mini splash area for my two year old to play safely whilst the older children swam around.
Easy walk into town and to the beach with some lovely restaurants to relax and enjoy lunch or sundowners.
Highly recommend for a great family getaway.
