Goditi il nostro delizioso appartamento dall'atmosfera vintage nel Bairro Azul, un quartiere centrale ma appartato, bellissimo e storico.
Casa Cosy, recentemente rinnovata, è un appartamento bellissimo e molto grande con 4 camere da letto.
3 delle camere hanno letti matrimoniali e una camera ha 2 letti singoli.
Ci sono 2 bagni con doccia, una grande cucina completamente attrezzata e un ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata - fornello, forno, microonde, bollitore, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, spremiagrumi, lavastoviglie, lavatrice.
Abbiamo 2 letti extra pieghevoli per bambini e 2 lettini da viaggio per neonati o bambini piccoli.
Abbiamo anche una vasca per bambini e 2 seggioloni.
Vengono fornite lenzuola, coperte e asciugamani.
L'appartamento è molto spazioso e decorato in modo unico. C'è WiFi e TV con servizio completo via cavo.
Vivo nell'appartamento sopra e sono disponibile ad aiutarti per qualsiasi domanda tu abbia riguardo al luogo.
Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e sicuro. Fu costruito negli anni '30 e presenta una splendida architettura Art Deco.
Fu il primo quartiere di Lisbona ad essere classificato come collezione urbana di interesse municipale.
Così vicino alla metropolitana (su una linea diretta dall'aeroporto) non devi nemmeno attraversare la strada.
Inoltre vicino alle fermate degli autobus e dei treni per girare la città o per uscirne, come le meravigliose spiagge del margine meridionale del fiume Tago o la magica atmosfera di Sintra.
E, se hai bisogno di qualcosa, c'è un grande magazzino proprio dall'altra parte della strada - El Corte Inglés - con un eccellente supermercato, pasti pronti e persino un cinema.

This spacious apartment was our family's home for our 14-day visit in Lisbon. With 4 separate bedrooms and generous living/dining rooms, Maribela's apartment accommodated us in comfort. It is located away from the Lisbon downtown, but its' easy access to the Metro makes it accessible to all the transportation systems, from subways to trams and buses. We used them all.
Maribela is easy to work with and tries very hard to respond promptly to all requests for information or assistance. Highly recommend this apartment for its location, price point and amenities.

Best location, spacious
Great apartment. This location is 40 meters from a metro station Sao Sebastio(last stop from the airport). It has a large 10 story mall across the street. It is a commercial, residential and corporate neighborhood. There are three fantastic restaurants and groceries just around the block; pizza, Portuguese, and Japanese (under the apartment). These were better than the tourist area restaurants. You can take the subway or walk 30 minutes towards the river (through parks) to get to the tourist zones.
There is no a/c but we opened the windows and kept cooled off with the evening breeze on hot July nights. Marianna was very helpful and fixed the wifi quickly. I highly recommend it.

Home away from home
We loved everything about this apartment. It was spotlessly clean. It’s in a great neighborhood and less than a block away from grocery stores and great restaurants. Our host Marianna met us upon arrival, helped us with our huge bags and explained everything about the apartment. Her English was perfect. She checked in with us daily and made great recommendations of restaurants and transportation options. She was extremely flexible with our departure issues. She lives upstairs and one night she even came down and helped us figure out the tv! This was one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. I can’t say enough good things.

MUY AGRADABLE ESTANCIA EN LISBOA
El alojamiento me ha parecido muy bueno, cuidado y decorado con gusto. Todo muy bien, el único inconveniente el segundo baño pequeño y con una ducha difícil de utilizar. Maribela, la dueña, muy amable y pendiente de nosotros

The apartment is located within 5 mn to a subway station and grocery store, 20 mn by foot from downtown Lisbon. Spacious, enough room for 7 adults.

Very spacious, comfortable rooms and beds. Classic, beautiful interior design.
Great location, subway just around the corner with direct lines to city center and airport but also in a pretty quiet street.
Kitchen might need some refreshment, but anyway very good choice.

Gostámos muito da casa. Grande e muito bem decorada. Localização óptima. A 2 passos do metro. Único senão é o estacionamento ser numa zona vermelha mas estacionamos um pouco mais longe com tarifa diária.

Perfect Location for discovering Lisboa
We had a great trip to Lisboa, the Flat was perfect to discover Lisboa. It is located directly at the Metro Station close to Parque Eduardo VII and has a direct connection with the red line to the Airport and with the blue line to the old city center. We ha a very warm welcome. We were offered to contact her any time in case of a problem, but we didn’t had one. Maribela gave us a very good list of tips and recommendations what to do and the important sights and restaurants recommendations in Lisboa. The Flat was exactly as described in the Online announce. Additionally a supermarket in Corte Ingles is directly located in the neighborhood, so that we could by some food directly after arrival and during our stay. All over all we enjoyed very much our stay. We were 7 persons, the flat is perfect for Groups till 8 persons.

Fabulous Lisbon Apartment
This apartment was such a great value. It was clean, comfortable, cute, and convenient located just around the corner from the metro. Maribela was very hospitable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this rental.

So pleasant stay
We were a group of 8 people having great time at Maribela’s apartment. It is spacious and nice, well equipped, located on a second floor. Situation is perfect only few steps to Sao Sebastiao metro station. Straight metroline (red) from airport takes about 30 mins. Also straight line (blue) to the city center takes about 10 mins. Huge El Corte Ingles shopping center 200 meters away. Peaceful neighbourhood. Two cafeterias and minimarket on the other side of the road. Teresa checked us in because Maribela was on a holiday. She was very friendly and showed and explained everything needed to know of the apartment. She also solved quickly a problem when we somehow got a key stucked at the door lock. That was all our fault, the lock was OK. Thank you Teresa! We also met Maribela later when she kindly came to check if everything’s OK.
After our journey when we already have came back to home we realized that we have forgotten couple of things to the apartment and contacted Maribela about this situation. She was super nice and promised to post our stuff. And she did that at her own expense even I tried to offer to pay the postal expenses.
So HUGE thank you to Maribela! She is truly helpful and very nice person. We highly recommend to book her apartment if you are considering a holiday in Lisbon.

Perfect location and set up for our stay
Maribela’s flat was really ideal for our party of (3 adults and 4 kids) both in terms of layout and location. We bought breakfast from the cafe opposite, travelled from the metro station around the corner and El Corte Ingles opposite probed invaluable for its shopping, supermarket, restaurants and bars. There was also a nice park with a lake opposite where the kids enjoyed running around.
We had a few issues with the internet and the hot water but Maribela sorted these out promptly. She was also always quick to respond to any questions.
I couldn’t recommend this flat more and we hope to be back again.

APPARTEMENT SUPER BIEN PLACE DANS LISBONNE
Maribela la propriétaire est super gentille et fait tout pour vous rendre le séjour agréable .
Si je ne mets pas 5 étoiles c'est uniquement pour 1) La deuxième salle d'eau est très petite et la douche pas fonctionnelle . 2) La chambre avec deux petits lits donne sur le palier et pour rester dans l'appartement il faut passer par une autre chambre , ce qui n'est pas pratique si vous êtes avec des amis ....mais avec des enfants c'est très bien . Pour ce qui concerne les équipements , rien ne manque . Les petits inconvénients sont vites effacés par le très gros avantage qui est son placement dans Lisbonne .Terminus de la ligne directe du métro venant de l’aéroport , nous l'avons emprunté pour notre arrivée , la sortie est au pied de l'immeuble . Une deuxième ligne métro vous conduit en plein centre ville . Nous avons loué un véhicule 9 places que nous avons facilement garé à 5 minutes à pieds , pour 3€ par jour et gratuit la nuit . Pour notre départ Maribela s'est chargée de nous commander le lundi matin 2 taxis , un à 5h30 et l'autre à 6h pour l’aéroport . Les deux taxis étaient à l’heure , pour une somme incroyable de 11€ à cette heure .
C'EST UN BON CHOIX .

Das Appartment liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro und zu einem grossem Einkaufszentrum, ideal für grosse Gruppen, wie in unserem Fall mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind. Die Lage hat ausserdem den Vorteil, sehr ruhig zu sein

Las habitaciones y el piso en general muy amplios. Cocina bien equipada. Los baños algo anticuados pero correctos. La atención por parte de la propietaria muy buena. Ubicación excelente.

Un grand merci à Maribela pour la qualité de son appartement qui est propre, calme,spacieux et entièrement équipé ! Lisbonne est une ville chaleureuse et accueillante qu ´il faut absolument visiter d ´autant plus que la propriétaire est toujours joignable et réponds à toutes nos questions très rapidement .( elle s'est même occupé de nous appeler un taxi pour l'aéroport à 4 heures du matin )

Be aware that the rooms sometimes are connected or have glass doors with curtains over - our snoring was heard through the doors I'm afraid! Beds comfy.
There's a kitchen table and a dining table too so loads of room to eat in different settings .
