House with swimming pool, spectacular sea views
Nel cuore di una vasta area naturale e incontaminata, la casa è situata su un promontorio con spettacolare ed esclusiva vista sul mare. Piscina naturale 5 stelle con spiaggette, cascate e idromassaggio posizionata sul bordo con una veduta mozzafiato, interrata di ml 19 x 9 con spiaggetta , cascata su rocce, idromassaggio in piscina. (La piscina rimane disponibile dal 20/04 al 30/10). Veranda esterna dove poter utilizzare il barbecue. Gazebo con vista sulla spiaggia dove poter gustare colazioni,aperitivi, pranzi e cene con tramonti romantici ed indimenticabili.. A pochie centinaia di metri il 'Golf Resort Rocco Forte'.Ristorante, terme di Sciacca ,ceramica artigianale, siti arheologici ( valle dei templi di Agrigento, sito greco di Selinunte) , spiaggia di sabbia nella riserva naturale del WWF( Torre Salsa).
La casa è la depandance adiacente ed indipendente della villa dove risiedono la coppia dei proprietari. Servizio di energia elettrica a consumo in base ai consumi effettivi. La piscina e l area circostante è ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli affittuari.

Our stay at the finca in Sicily was simply fantastic! The finca was beautiful and very well maintained, with a gorgeous, large pool that was perfect for relaxing days in the sun. The location was ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet and exploring the beauty of the island by car. The finca's facilities left nothing to be desired. We would particularly like to emphasise the warm hospitality and the excellent service. We felt completely at home and can highly recommend this accommodation. We would love to come back.

We had a fantastic time in this house. It was exactly what we were looking for: away of the crowd! There are lonely beaches in Sicily! The pool is as fantastic as on the pictures and the terrace in the shade is very relaxing. The hosts are very kind. The house is surrounded by olive trees and the way to the house not easy to find. But the host came to us and helped to find the way. We would definitely recommand the house for families and friends looking for peaceful moments. The kids said that they would love to come back! We would love too!

If you want to relax? I recommend this oasis of tranquility. Hosts are welcoming and very nice and make you feel at home.The landscape is wonderful from the pool and on the terrace.I recommend this little paradise. Iulia & Ovidiu

We had a wonderful holiday here - everything it says in the description is true! Fantastic location, spectacular views and a wonderful unspoilt beach (sandy and stony) a short walk down the hill from the beautiful and well-cared for pool area.
The accommodation is part of the owners' building but with a separate entrance and most of the time you have the swimming pool and terrace completely to yourself.
The owners are lovely - helpful and friendly if you want to ask them questions, but happy to leave you to get on with your holiday if you prefer.
A really gorgeous spot to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
