Чисто и уютно. Хотя заявляли что будем вдвоем, а приехали с ребенком нам дали номер с кроватью для ребенка и не требовали доплаты.Очень домашняя обстановка. Хозяин идёт на встречу. Бюджетный вариант для тех, кто едет на море, посетить достопримечательности, кто не проводит время только в отеле.
Шум поездов. Но если включить кондиционер и закрыть окно, то нормально.

Clean rooms, daily cleaning, breakfasts were very good, the owner and all personnel were incredible. The location is perfect, couple minutes to the beach, very calm area, one of the most popular bistro and ice cream place were couple minutes from the hotel. We walked from and to the airport, took us cca 12 minutes.

Perfect service from the hotel owner/staff. They managed to accomodate us early in the morning on our arrival and allowed us late check-out. They really do take care and make you feel welcome. Very good location at the edge of town, not so crowded/noisy area, but in a walking distance to everything, even airport. The hotel is very nice, beds are comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. Shower is working well, even without a tub, no fear of water in the room. Excellent breakfast, variety of cakes etc. - you never see an empty plate there, food is being constantly replenished the whole time. A definite recommendation for a stay in Rimini.

Even if the hotel has so only one star, everything was perfect and for sure it deserve at list 3 starts. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Responsive staff, very close to the sea, comfortable accommodation, delicious breakfast, very close to the airport and trolleybus stop. If you are looking for at least this, then this option will suit you.

I was a bit late in writing this review but if I have to choose one thing which we all liked more than anything else, then it has to be Paolo. Paolo's hospitality is simply mind blowing.
Humble, always answering with a smile.
On top of that, there's fresh warm bread rolls and cakes everyday morning.
The rooms are cleaned everyday and properly.
And don't forget to ask Paolo about the discounts for the beach, and the restaurants. We got to know about those later, could've saved some money.
I would definitely come back and so would my friends. Can totally recommend with eyes closed.

There are not only those rooms from pictures advertised, but also in the attick. The one we had was with such a low ceiling and iron beam that I hit myslef into my head heavily multiple times.
The AC was working one one constant speed with no chance to change.

The staff was very helpful and polite and hotel was quite close to the beach and bus stop.
Be aware of the bathrooms. There is no shower stall in the bathroom. Shower head is hanging freely above the sink and the toilet. It makes it impossible to keep your toiletries in the bathroom.

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast, fresh cakes everyday. Very nice host and all personnel. I can really recommend.

Breakfast was very good. Room has air conditioning. Room was clean. The service at reception was excellent.
Near railway and we listen noise from train, but noise is not the very loud. Our room was in attic and there is hot in bathroom.
