required a kitchenette - drains need checking, drain smells in bathroom when fan on. the entrance to the apartment was a building site - water supply was off for 12 hours.

The hosts were very helpfull and pleasent. the bedroom were comfortable and spacious. the pool was nice.
There was a bigger villa next door owned by the same company which was partialy ocupied during our stay. this was a party villa and the loud booming music on some nights was going on till 5am even though we were told that quite time was supposed to be after midnight. the villa was next to a jet ski garage and there was a lot of noise coming from there with reving engines and banging grinding etc. this is the reason i would not stay there again.

The place is very nice with a large private pool , bigger than normal size that I have been. Staff is very helpful for checking in and the beach is just 5 mins walk. Great place with good price.

Good place for party and not fussy ppl but not for family
We went to Dojo office but they told us to go to the villa by ourself giving us the location via Line (download the app before). Nobody was waiting for us. We needed to knock at the other Dojo villa around and struggled to get the keys as they dont speak english.
When we finally get in, we found the place far from the photos. A good renovation should be done : dirty walls, very old kitchen with mushroom growing near the sink, the swimming pool was green (needed 24 hours to get back to almost normal after requesting a cleaning).
All the houses around are under renovation meaning, forget about sleeping after 8am. Pool accessories are not usable (all spoilt)

Closed to jomtian beach (can walk). It is a pool villa.
Rest room is smell really bad. Not cleaning as much. Hotel is in a construction site mode.
