We stayed because of the closeness to the airport, which is a 5 minute drive away. Its an excellent location for anyone needing to be located near to Pisa airport.
If the airplanes are taking off towards the east you are almost on their flightpath. So can be noisy. There is however a flight curfew over night.

A lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need and very responsive, helpful and kind hosts. A short bus ride from the city centre and close to the airport.

Hosts very welcoming house was spotless ...buses were regular for getting into Pisa centre but we walked in/ out every day only took 20 mins or bit more depending on heat ...few restaurants nearby plus bakery and mini market.... Euro Spin large supermarket 10 mins away for bigger shop offering plenty of choice ....would definitely recommend to friends and stay again myself if travelling to Pisa ....Pisa was great base for trains to Florence Lucca and Livorno plus other destinations....
This is a personal choice but the single beds were narrow for adults maybe a bed that offered twin bed or could be zipped together would be better for adult couples....
