I had a great four-night stay at Seda Residences Makati. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for getting around Makati. The breakfast had a good selection, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
Nothing in particular. Everything was well maintained and comfortable throughout my stay.

I liked the comfortable bed,it was nice to sleep in, breakfast was ok,the best thing about hotel was the view from the 35th floor.
The breakfast could of had more western choices , when we got into our room there was no toilet paper,no soap,the iron broke twice ,third time worked,at breakfast we asked for a tea and coffee three times it didn't come,on the fourth it came.
