Questo lussuoso condominio attende il tuo arrivo. Un condominio da 3 posti letto / 2 bagni, 1500 sq ft con accesso sul lungomare letteralmente alla porta sul retro. Viene con la tua imbarcazione in barca nella Marina. Offre 3 spaziose zone notte. Camera da letto principale con letto al piano superiore Kingsize, seconda camera da letto con letto Queensize al piano di sopra, e un divano extra large con trundle che dorme 2 o più (se sono bambini) nel loft al piano superiore. Comodamente dorme 6 persone, ma può ospitare più, come ci sono anche materassi gonfiabili e grandi divani per ulteriori posti letto per dormire. Splendide viste sul terrazzo dal soggiorno, al piano superiore loft, cucina e sala da pranzo. L'accesso all'acqua porta al Lago Ponchartrain dopo un viaggio pigro lungo un bayou scenico. Situato a soli cinque minuti dal centro della città, a 20 minuti dai casinò e dalle spiagge della costa del Golfo, a 2 km dalla rinomata percorso ciclabile Tammany Trace, 35 minuti da New Orleans e molto altro ancora. Nuotate, pesci, granchio fuori dal molo proprio dietro la tua porta. Se venite qui, vuoi tornare di nuovo e di nuovo. Posizione eccellente con il meglio di entrambi i mondi, serenità pacifica e vicinanza a tutto !!!

The owner was very accommodating for my situation, I sold my house and had to move within a few days. The house is not a true 3 bedroom and the laundry room is upstairs, after 5 knee surgeries I can’t do that many stairs so my son had to do the laundry. The dryer takes about 3 cycles to fully dry clothes. The air condition went out after the first night and the owner has a home warranty company that wasn’t coming for 5 days, thankfully my husband works in the industry and got it back up. No way I’m going 5 days in a hot house in Louisiana when it’s already summer. My 15 year old was threatened by neighbors with a lawsuit for throwing a practice (much softer) softball around outside, nowhere close to cars.

Once again, the condo was everything we hoped it would be. This was our second time staying at this property and we were, as before, very happy with our visit. The condo is located in a nice neighborhood and is right on the bayou. The condo is tastefully decorated, very clean and well furnished. There is plenty of storage room and the washer and dryer is a huge plus. Most importantly, any and all concerns or issues we may have had were promptly addressed by the owner, Cynthia. She is very assessable and friendly, a pleasure to talk with. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed watching the turtles and ducks . Very quite and peaceful safe place . Tell everyone it was great place.

Overall, we had an ok stay at this condo.
Pros: Beautiful waterfront setting, owner was welcoming and left us a king cake. Pretty good location for accessing downtown Slidell, although you have to wind through the neighborhood for quite a distance to get in and out.
Cons: The 3rd "bedroom" is a loft with a twin daybed and no privacy. The sheets in this daybed had not been changed prior to our arrival. The water also had a very strong sulfur smell and we had to purchase bottled water to drink (though this is likely the situation throughout the city, for whoever is on the same water system).
