The location was excellent and very easy to find. The owner was exceptional in communication and I would have no hesitation in booking again. The property is so lovely looking out onto the sea.

Well equipped house with lovely comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The shoe and coat rack downstairs was a great idea as there was plenty of storage and it made life easy coming in and out with muddy/sandy clothes.
Fantastic view of the whole of Newquay and would love to come in summer and try the roof terrace.
You just need to be aware that the house is located at the top of a steep hill but it is only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town
