We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room and bathroom were both very spacious, and the beach views from the balcony and even from the bed were beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated that the coffee machine had a built-in filter system so no paper filters were needed. We couldn’t figure out the dishwasher, but dish soap, a sponge, and paper towels were provided for easy hand washing. The combo washer/dryer was also very convenient (just note there is no detergent provided). Having a vacuum in the bathroom closet was great for quickly cleaning up sand during our stay. The unit was thoughtfully stocked with trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and easy access to ice and trash disposal. Walmart delivery for groceries and water was also very easy to arrange. The building and location were excellent — very walkable to restaurants along both the causeway and boardwalk. The rooms were also impressively quiet, and we never heard neighbors during our stay. Check-in and check-out were both simple and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean building, however very hard to get a hold of receptionist

The property is up to date, clean and well located. Don't plan on cooking in the kitchen, it is very poorly equipped (no pasta strainer, no spatula, no mitts, no glass for wine, etc...). The pool was green for 15 days and there is not enough chairs (much less then showed).
