Owner not picking up the phone call and I have been standing there for almost 1.30 hrs ( reason is onwer travel to Europe and not willing to talk with booking customer service as well), toilet doors are hard to open and close, water pipe leakage, sofa broken, mattress condition really bad ( really not suitable for eldest), private car park not provided and I'm so sorry busy taking care of baby and entertaining my friends so I forgot to take pics .. BE RRESPONSIBLE PLEASE

NEVER WILL STAY THERE ANYMORE

THE APPMT IS CLOSED TO THE MAIN ATTRACTION

THE FURNITURES ARE OLD, AND SPOIL. THE PIPE WATER TO FLUSH THE TOILET IS BROKEN....HOT WATER NO WORKING PROPERLY. SOMEONE ENTER THE APPMT CLAIMING THAT THE OWNER HAD SOLE THE APPMT THROUGH AGODA. MAYBE HE HAD AN ACCESS KEY.

location wise ok.

owner not friendly. hard to handle the booking. even we already book in system and already paid the deposit. the owner still ask for the booking details the payment receipt. deyy u can check on ur apps right. act, we had whtsapp them the payment details few days before check on. why still ask at the time we check in. lolll please make it easy la gblok. tingkat 5 no lift. atas sekali. dlm booking tk mention pula level berapa. no towel

Only the location is ok

The bedsheets were smelly and torn and very very old also the blankets are use less as compaired to the cold weather. We were shevring whole night, there is no Heater in the unit and the TV is so old model and Washroom were also not clean. No towels, no hand wash no shampoo nothing..
