It’s locations accessibility, close almost everything you needed in the city. There’s a 7Eleven just right outside of the hotel. Great service, everyone was cordial and polite.

Guest Feedback and Suggestions for Improvement Overall, I had a good experience during my stay at SOLA Hotel, and I would consider staying again on my next visit. I would, however, like to share some observations that I hope can help improve the quality of service and guest experience. 1. Staff Conduct and Noise Awareness I have no issue with staff having conversations while working. However, I noticed that some conversations were quite loud, particularly when guests were present or within visible areas. On a few occasions in the morning, I heard what sounded like someone shouting and initially thought it was a guest, only to realise that it was a staff member. I believe this could be improved simply by being more mindful of the surroundings and maintaining an appropriate volume, especially in areas where guests can easily hear or see staff. There was also a bridal photoshoot taking place outside my room. While I completely understand that this was part of the hotel’s activities, I felt somewhat uncomfortable crossing the area as I did not want to feel like I was interrupting or ruining their photographs. Perhaps guests could be given a little more consideration or guidance in situations like this. 2. Security/Greeting at the Exit When I returned to the hotel to check out, a security guard approached me and raised his hand as though he was going to stop me. I was wearing a very casual outfit at the time—an oversized shirt, shorts and sandals—so I initially wondered if this may have influenced the interaction. He immediately stopped once I showed my room card. I understand that the guard may simply have been doing his job and checking guests for security purposes, which I appreciate. However, the approach could perhaps be made a little more welcoming and less abrupt to avoid guests feeling uncomfortable or singled out. 3. Room and Amenities Inspection I also noticed that some of the toiletries appeared to have been stored for quite some time.
