I like the location. It was accessible
The cabinets are damaged. I just hope they placed me in a room that is much better in room 101. The mirror is in bad shape. The cabinets and other wood furnitures are like damaged. The ac is a idk, since its hot? I dont think so, bc we're adjusting it every hour. I just hope they will take this as constructive criticism.

Since the location is next to a mall, I actually like it. I adore the OJT staff because they are friendly and supportive. They ought to receive top marks for this. Every morning I see them cleaning, and some of them serve us at the breakfast table. Every time they are close to you, they never forget to say "Hello". I love the plants too☺️
things I don't enjoy?
The key card doesn't function. Every time we enter the room, we ask for assistance, and we have to wait till they open the door for many minutes.
The toilet bowl needs to be cleaned because there is already a lot of algae inside of it.
It must be checked. While swimming, you can tell that the pool isn't clean. It was too warm in the livin/waiting room at the lobby. How long can you wait there if it's hot?

The room is spacious. I like the overall design and theme of the hotel. It's fantastic. Very high end feel - the furniture, the lobby, entrance, restaurant, the landscape.
1. Toilet is clean but bidet is faulty.

4. Beddings looks old and doesnt smell fresh

Breakfast is rather limited in terms of quantity and choice.
We requested the room to be cleaned and made-up. The request sign was removed from the frontdoor but request was not done. Maintenance is needed: the floor under the sink is rusted and looks non-hygienic.

The staff are hospitable, responsive and prompt to requests. The hotel has a relaxing ambiance, neat and well kept.
Breakfast has a very small portion and not tasty. Not a good welcome to start a day.

the location along the highway very accessible , centrally located with a nearby mall next to a gas station and ample parking Space
the rooms were not sound proof can hear guests walking and talking along the corridor. no wifi when we arrived though it was just a bad coincidence and not the usual occurrence they had problems with the telco, no signal from the provider. And they don’t have elevators so just bring light luggages when staying here.

Nice room - like the photos on booking.com; except no coffee / tea facilities. Great shower.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast poor.
We asked for airport service during booking. No reaction on that question. We thought to solve it by just taking a taxi at Laoag airport. But on arrival…. no taxis. We finally managed to reach the hotel by motorbike (triangle).

The breakfast was delicious especially the Ilocos longganisa and the vegetable omelet. Nice location and friendly staff. We have a comfortable stay.

If you don't like strong aircon, this place is probably not for you. I asked for a fan and it was very nice and helpful 🙂.

The exterior decor outside is nice, staff are nice.
The room was dirty, we found a hair strands in the supposed to be newly changed bedsheets, used towels in the room, very dirty bathroom mat, flying cockroach and ants everywhere. Very limited choices of buffet breakfast and foods were cold too.

The place is clean and checking in is smooth and fast. Great location. Huge parking lot. Room is okay and we had a nice and decent sleep.
NO INTERNET. They advised that internet will be provided at 9pm. Then it was moved to 10pm. Until we didnt have internet during our whole stay.
WRONG DETAILS. We booked a deluxe double room and accdg to booking, the room is equipped with kettle, refrigerator, coffee, etc. But upon checking in, they dont have the afm. Hope they update the details for each room.

The food was a bit limited.. The internet signal was really poor.
