A localização é ótima e o apartamento tem muitos recursos. Éramos um grupo de 4 pessoas (duas no quarto principal e 2 no sofá-cama, localizado na sala).

Infelizmente a acomodação não nos respondeu depois da entrega da chave no checkin. Solicitamos uma chave extra, para que o grupo pudesse se organizar melhor nos passeios, mas fomos ignorados. Também vale lembrar que o chuveiro, embora seja gás, depois de certo tempo ele parava de esquentar. Ou seja, quem tomava banho por último acabava passando frio. ATENÇÃO! Consideramos esse um ponto grave, e que de certa forma também é uma avaliação do próprio Booking. Precisamos pagar 110 euros a mais quando chegamos na hospedagem - um imposto municipal. O valor divulgado pelo Booking, portanto, não correspondeu ao nosso planejamento e nos causou constrangimento. A pesquisa de preço do Booking não apresentava com clareza a necessidade de pagamento do imposto e ainda indicava: ISS incluído. Pelo valor que pagamos poderíamos ter ficado em um lugar com dois quartos, ao invés de um sofá-cama.

Host was very helpful, providing lots of recommendations! Good location with public transport nearby, however is a fair walk to the main city centre. Loved having a kitchen and lounge area.

We could not use the safe in the property as the previous guests shut the safe. Host told us he would arrange for it to be fixed but it was not fixed. No air-conditioning in the bedroom so gets very hot even with air-conditioning in lounge (at other end of property).

The apartment is in an excellent location and is recently renovated. Very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. A few meters away there is a parking lot for 38 euros per day. The communication with the manager (Alfredo) was excellent. There is a ceiling fan in all the rooms and an air conditioner in the living room. This might not be enough for the very hot days.

Alfredo, our host, is a great host. The apartment is nice clean and baste in the heart of the Modernism part of this beautiful city. Has a small balcony that you have view of the modernist buildings across the street. If you like walking, you can easyly walk to the center of the city and to many hot spots of Barcelona. Just in front of the apartment you find super market, food, restaurants etc. Barcelona is an amassing beautiful and very interesting city with plenty historical and cultural places that you can visit. It’s a city that you enjoy most if you walk it. A city that you will love in first sight.

Fantastic location, spacious apartment, clean and comfortable.

The location is excellent. It is located in a great neighborhood with everything you need nearby: grocery store, butcher, produce, bakery, coffee, restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The flat is a very charming one-bedroom flat with a kitchen, washer, living room, and balcony. Very safe neighborhood. The host is very responsive and provided great tips for nearby restaurants. Historical sites are within walking distance, and transportation is readily available if you would prefer not to walk. This is a great location, and I would highly recommend it. We look forward to future visits.

Noisy between the ceiling fan in the bedroom clicking and vibration sounds from the AC, that didn’t reach into the room, and the refrigerator. plus your neighbors were very close and each window looked into their space and vice versa.
