Hotel Adapura Wagrain

Staff all v friendly, great location & great facilities

Struggled to book restaurants within hotel when only being half board but wanted flexibility hence had not pre booked full board.

Great location and lots of food choice.

We appreciated the spacious, comfortable, fully equipped rooms with a large balcony. The hotel has a very nice swimming pool with pleasantly warm water and a family sauna. In case of bad weather, children can have fun here and parents can relax on comfortable loungers. There is a large selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, the staff will make you an egg omelette to order and there is also smoked salmon. The coffee is excellent and there is also a wide range of cereals, lemonades and prosecco. Parking in the underground garage is also very convenient.

We would definitely appreciate a larger selection of pastries and desserts for breakfast.

staff was not well trained nor coached by management: e.g. at the check out: „you are already checked out! everything paid!“… no good bye, safe trip, thank you for staying with us, looking forward seeing you again soon,…
