We had another great holiday week at Okoboji!

We were in the area for the funerals for two family members. Lee, the property manager, was extremely helpful to us and was very prompt in answering questions and meeting our needs. The property was undergoing some renovations which Lee told us about before we arrived, but the property itself was comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was that it was quite noisy at night(people talking loudly in the hallway at night and children running across the floor in the room above us) but Lee had no control over these situations. I would certainly recommend this property mainly for the compassion shown to us by Lee and for his commitment to meeting our needs and making us comfortable at a very difficult time.

Lee was upfront about construction at the condo. The condo is very nice and was clean. Lots of sleeping spaces. We would love to stay again. Thanks Lee!

Our teens and young adult children had plenty of options during our stay: lake, pool, Arnold's Park, and more... well stocked kitchen, and comfy sleeping arrangments.

Our Stay at Bridges Bay
This was a fantastic property for my family of four (spouse, 10 yo and 7 yo). There would have been plenty of space for another family and a set of grandparents as we didn't even use one of the bedrooms! The location was perfect for us, next door to the indoor/outdoor waterpark and with views of the beautiful lake. We loved sitting on the porch in the morning with our coffee while our kids ate breakfast. There was plenty of space in the condo, the kitchen was very well stocked and it was awesome having laundry onsite when everyone was in and out of the pool and lake multiple times a day. Would highly recommend and would visit again!

Mini vacation/ family wedding in Okoboji, IA
Property was clean and just as advertised. Lee sent a lot of very helpful info and great to work with. I highly recommend his properties. We would definitely re book this property, and probably will in the future!

The unit is on ground level and near the entry which allowed for easy coming and going. The area was quiet and secure and is centrally located for outdoor activities. The owner was easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond via text. The unit has a nice outdoor sitting area with a gas grill and the washer and dryer were a nice plus. The unit exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to rent again if the opportunity presented itself.

Came into town on a 2 week work trip and decided I wanted to stay on the lake. The property was incredibly clean and well kept, then lake was incredibly close, and the property owner was very helpful. Easy 5 stars! I would love to return someday on a real vacation!
