My group, three adult couples, thoroughly enjoyed our week in this home. The owners live nearby; pre-stay communication was good. Upon arrival, Brandon met us at the door and later went "above and beyond" to meet our few requests. We were in Atlanta when a cold spell arrived and the temperatures dropped to a high of 20 degrees!! The furnace began to give us signs it was failing, and as soon as I phoned, Brandon came right over, checked the unit and got it into working order again. What a relief!
Everything is as described---beds were comfy and kitchen essentials were there. Plenty of parking, no close neighbors.
We really had a great time, knowing we were looked after this well. I would stay there again in a minute, and highly recommend this home.

House is a nice base located in a good neighborhood in Buckhead. Just a few minutes' walk to a variety of restaurants, and easy access to some main roads that will take you to downtown Buckhead where you can find pretty much all that you want. Access to interstate is quite straightforward when you want to visit other parts of Atlanta. House is comfortable and has all that you might need. Communication with owner was easy - for example, a slight hiccup with the wifi was quickly resolved.

We needed a place for an extended stay as a family. Dawn and Brandon were great to work with through the whole process. Both were very proactive and responsive to any needs we had. The property was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were there and more. The attention. To detail by Dawn and Brandon was first class. From our initial contact, throughout our whole stay and checkout, they were great to work with. We would highly recommend the property and Dawn and Brandon.

Cute house with a great setup! Bedrooms are nice and ample living space with a nice backyard! Was great to find a place with a fenced yard for dogs! Owners were great to work with, they answered any questions I had up front before booking and the binder they provide on the house answered all my followup questions. Looking forward to booking the house when we are back in town!

This was the perfect house for our stay. The location was great, close to all we needed to access, the restaurants were delicious, and close by as well. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quaint and inviting. Will absolutely stay here again!!

The property was very nice and well kept, there was a presence there where you can smell there is a cat usually on the premises and the smell was noticeable, and floor had the odor of the pet as we walked around and could smell from our socks and when sitting on the couch. Great neighbor and the place was very well kept. The bathroom door had an issue closing every time in the Master bedroom. If you are not allergic to cats or the aroma you will enjoy the location. Kids enjoyed the outside play area. ,

Booked the house for a few co-workers that were in town for a month with their pups and they absolutely loved it! Communication and check-in were a breeze and the owners were able to schedule a mid-stay cleaning for us. Would definitely book for another trip!!

I couldn’t find many houses available where my daughter could bring her dog that looked like a place I’d want to stay. This house was perfect! Great location and huge, fenced-in backyard. It was the perfect spot for our family to gather from different states for our first Christmas together since 2019.
The best part for me was the super-comfy bedding on all of the beds! Everyone slept very well!

Clean, Convenient and Homely Stay
My family and I stayed in this house for a month so we could properly quarantine and visit with our older folks. The house was the perfect size for three adults. The property was maintained well by our hosts and they were attentive to our every need. This listing is in a prime location. Minutes from the highway, restaurants, and Chastain park!

Perfect Location for Small Family
Our family of 3 spent more than 1 month at Dawn and Brandons home. We cannot say enough good things about the home, location, and Dawn and Brandon as hosts. Anything we asked for was taken care of, and we truly enjoyed having outdoor play space in backyard during the time of Covid-19 lockdowns. Everything was in working order - and we got full use of the wonderful kitchen and open space. My 3-year old thoroughly enjoyed the playground in the backyard and access to Sarah Smith Elementary School (5 min walk away).

Great stay!
We came to Atlanta for a family reunion. We were close to a Whole Foods which really helped to pick up some supplies. Also, we felt the location was great. It is in a beautiful neighborhood. Within walking distance there is a Diner (we did not go). The home is decorated with great taste and the 3 bedrooms offer large spacious bedrooms and beds so all were comfortable.
